About: I've cared for over 15 different dog breeds since I was 10 years old, from high energy hunting dogs to cozy lap snugglers. Friends and family have trusted me with their beloved pets for years. With 8 years in animal welfare, I understand behavior and emotions, including noise fears, nervousness with new people, leash reactivity, shy/timid, resource guarding, seniors, puppies, and special needs pets. I also care for cats of all personalities independent explorers, playful toy lovers, and devoted snugglers. My goal is to give your pet a safe, loving, stress free home where they feel truly cared for while you're away. Each dog in my care receives personalized attention and love. For daycare and boarding, I limit to two dogs at a time to ensure quality care while they are in a new environment. When house sitting in your home, I can happily care for up to four dogs, keeping everyone safe, comfortable, and happy in their own home. I’m happy to provide photo updates, and our home is fully prepared for play, rest, and supervision. I’m home during the day, which allows me to provide pets with consistent attention, companionship, and enrichment. Every pet in my care enjoys a healthy balance of play, mental stimulation, walks, and quiet time to rest and recharge. Evenings are cozy and relaxed, filled with gentle supervision and snuggles, so pets feel safe, happy, and loved from morning to night. I have a fully fenced yard with secure gate locks to keep pets safe, and I’m happy to make adjustments using leads or harnesses for curious or adventurous pups. I also maintain an up-to-date list of urgent care and emergency veterinary clinics throughout the metro area for added peace of mind. Potential clients are always welcome to schedule a video home tour to see the setup and environment their pet would be in. My home allows for kenneling if needed, and I can provide large and extra large crates. I also offer separate spaces for feeding time and am located near several nearby parks for walks. For cats, I can provide a quiet, separate space if they need time to decompress. In addition to care in my home, I also offer house sitting so pets can remain comfortable in their own environment and routines. I’m located about 15 minutes from MSP Airport, which many traveling pet parents find convenient for drop-off and pick-up. Street parking is available in the area, and rideshares to the airport are typically around $20.

About: We have a large, fully fenced in back yard. 2 kids age 9 and 13 who love dogs and live close to the park. I mostly work from home, so am able to take your pup on multiple walks a day. I love taking walks, which works out nicely for your dog. I work mostly from home and within walking distance to my office, allowing me to check in and snuggle your pup throughout the day. I have a large fenced in yard and take 2-3 walks per day. I do require that your pup be crate trained as they would spend 1-2 hours in their crate for "nap time" each day and for overnight sleeping as well.

“Marisa did a great job handling three-month-old Basie’s first time away from his home and family. She even took the time to do a meet-and-greet between her dog and Basie ahead of time to make sure they would get along together. She also made sure that Basie had fun and got to do some safe exploring and socializing. I would definitely feel comfortable having her look after Basie in the future.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember, my family always fostered kittens/puppies throughout my childhood and I have an 8 year old cat I got when I was 11 years old! (Lots of experience with animals) I’ve been dog walking since I was 16 years old for neighbors and family, I love taking care of animals and I always have. I’m super trustworthy and reliable and would love to pet sit or walk your furry friend! I’m currently babysitting throughout the week so I will have plenty of time to watch your furry friend weekends and most weekdays, I do plan on doing this full time eventually! I care for every pet like my own! I’m such an animal person you can always trust me to keep them safe and loved!
