I also have three of my own dogs who are all animal-friendly and love to play! If needed though, they can be separated from your dog or cat because I have gates that can go up to separate them from the upstairs/living room. I also have lots of dog beds and toys and an extra large crate that can be used if needed. I am willing to adapt to whatever your pet needs and also have experience administering medication. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
