About: My friends and family call me Tom Care-a-lot, Tom the Mom, and The Dog Whisperer. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I have worked at East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort as a Daycare and Kennel worker, and occasionally perform Vet Tech duties such as administering medication, which has taught me a lot about caring for multiple dogs and adapting to each dogs' individual needs. I have also worked for GoDog West Nashville and Morris Animal Inn. To be responsible for another life sometimes means that you have to be flexible, I understand if something comes up last minute, it happens; I will be as flexible as you and your dogs' needs. Your dog will be in good-hearted, caring hands while you are doing what you need to do. Your dogs and their home will be safe, you can leave it to me. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.

About: Hi! I have always had such a passion for caring and providing love for all animals! I have pet sit and walked numerous dogs for friends and Family. I'd be happy to send references if asked for or chat on the phone or even schedule a time to meet your adorable pet(s) before booking! I adopted my very own first pup about 3 years ago and he is the light of my life. I attended an Animal Science Polytechnic Program for two years and graduated. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every breed, size, and ability since I was a child. I volunteered at an animal shelter for several years where I administered medication, bathed, provided food and water to each dog’s dietary needs, and provided comfort to distressed animals of all kinds. I am an online student with a lot of free time, so I can provide services at any time of day, 24/7. I will be able to provide care at any time necessary as long as I’m given enough time to prepare. I try to take dogs out for a 45 minute walk every 4 hours or to the owner’s request, provide treats, and feed animals when I arrive in the morning and before I leave in the evening. About: I have had dogs my entire life. I work from home so I’m always available for your fur baby. I live in Flemington with a big fenced in yard which is great for running around and play time. I also will go on leashed walks around the neighborhood. There are lots of toys here and will treat your baby like my own. I’m currently a fur mom to two year old Penny. She is a 12 pound Havanese who loves other dogs. She will play and love your fur baby while they are in my home. I do prefer to watch smaller dogs that are under 40 pounds if possible. Thank you. I work from home so I have lots of time to take the dogs out in the backyard, play with them and go on leashed walks. My dog is my baby and I will treat yours the same. About: I have had pets all my life most recently, my German Shepherd, gunner who I had from a puppy up until he was almost 9 when he passed last year. He had Addison’s disease his entire life so I’m used to giving medications. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
