“Abigail took great care of our pets Jenna and Celly while house sitting. She sent us photos every day, and left the place nice and clean. She was very respectful and we felt our pets were well cared for! I would recommend her to a friend. Thanks Abigail!”

About: I've had pets my whole life. I grew up with several dogs, and I raised 3 cats on my own as a teenager. Throughout my childhood I saw and helped all walks of life from puppy births to medications for various health conditions. When I met my husband as an adult, we came together to raise his dog and my cats. From puppies/kittens to senior and end of life care, we built our family with our pets. We currently have 3 cats, with a senior one that requires daily medical care. With my background, I know how important that pets are treated as family, as I have seen ours as children. I currently am managing a small business, but I only sell on weekends every once in a while for markets and conventions, so I have a large amount of flexibility to help on your time. I want to provide a comfortable and safe environment for everyone ultimately. For your pet, I try to gage what their personalities and preferences are to create a comforting and safe space for them when I enter their home. For the owner, I want to provide open and consistent communication, as I know from my own experiences how important updates can be when I'm feeling anxious about being away from my cats.
“I am a repeat client of Melanie's and for good reason! She consistently spoils my German Shepherd...toys, treats, walks...everything a well-loved pup requires :). I never worry about the quality of care my girl is receiving and when I come home the house is clean...a great bonus for a tired traveler :). Melanie is an excellent sitter who provides love, affection and peace of mind for my pet and home. I have recommended her to fronds and coworkers without reservation and give that same recommendation to you...you won't be disappointed! ”
“Lynette was wonderful with my fur babies. Because my doggies are older and require extensive care, I am very nervous about leaving them. Lynette made me feel comfortable. She tended to their needs and provided the extra care they needed. She is also extremely reliable, which is hard to find. I appreciate her so much!”
“Alexandria and her boyfriend are really sweet. One of our dogs is typically fearful of men, but she warmed up to him immediately. They were both very attentive and clearly knowledgeable about dog behavior and nutrition. We felt very comfortable leaving our girls in their care.”

“Everything was great. Kristy did a good job taking care of our pets. Pictures of happy dogs were sent and she was able to communicate clear answers to any questions we had during our time away.”

About: Hello my furry friend lovers!! I have cared for many different kinds of animals in my life, some of which include dogs, cats, birds, mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, snakes, goats and now pot belly pigs. We love making homemade treats in our house so I am currently taking some pet nutrition classes to safely make special dietary treats. I am comfortable with all ages and sizes. I would be more than happy to meet you before any final decisions are made so that we can discuss everything there is to know about your pet. I have experience with different illnesses and medications from working with a rescue where I adopted my own angel with a neurological disorder. We absolutely adore pets and I can promise you that you and your baby will be treated like family. I am a stay at home wife that is taking pet nutrition and business classes so I could someday open my own pet boutique where everything is homemade. I promise no potty breaks will be missed and your baby gets all the love and cuddles they can handle. 😊 We have dogs, cats and pot belly pigs for your pet to play with in our fenced yard but we also have big crates for separation if needed. Your baby will be allowed on our furniture to sleep and get cuddles unless you say otherwise lol we do love our snuggles.
About: I have three years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. Friends and neighbors often rely on me to walk, feed, and keep their pets company when they are away. I pay close attention to each pet’s habits, energy level, and comfort, so they always feel safe and relaxed. Whether it’s playtime, gentle grooming, or simply giving them company, I make sure every pet feels cared for and understood. My schedule is very flexible right now, so I’m able to fit pet care into my daily routine with ease. I’m usually available throughout the day for drop-ins, feeding, playtime, and keeping your pets company. I make sure to plan my day around the needs of the pets I’m caring for, so they always receive steady attention and a calm presence. I live in a pet-friendly building that has a very nice dog park, which gives pets a safe and clean place to walk and explore. I take dogs out daily, and I always make sure they stay comfortable and relaxed in my care. My home environment is quiet, tidy, and welcoming, so pets can feel secure and at ease during their stay.

“THE BEST, book her! My boy is a little monster (standard poodle) and she had so much love and care for him and his brother. And she left my home in pristine condition. Thanks Maiya!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my whole life. I can help your puppy be the best version of themselves; I can take great care of your senior dog too. I’m a pro At popping pills in their mouth or giving supplements to any kind of oral medication. I’m currently a stay at home dog auntie so if you need me I’ll be there. Me and Louise go for coffee and other short walks throughout the day, so it will be nice to have someone to take along for the ride or for Louise to play with. I have a fenced yard and two extra crates under our covered patio so there’s that. I can also run your fur child for a coffee/potty break if that’s what they need. Whatever they or you need I’m there. Currently I’m not working so I provide a constant care environment for your pets. It is always a pleasure for us (Louise and I) to have a new pup over. I have a fully fenced backyard and I love to have your pups over. I hang out under the covered patio all day with them. That’s what my house is like. Especially because we have an unfenced pool and it’s only happened once but it did happen; one pup fell in and had to be rescued, I jumped in and got him out. No big deal.
About: I’ve worked with pets of all kinds for more than 20 years. I’ve worked with cats, dogs, birds, fish, lizards, snakes, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits, toads, hermit crabs, and snails. I do charge slightly more for snails because while slow, they are slippery little suckers. I am very organized. I focus on having a routine for the animals because they need it and appreciate it. I know most animals appreciate predictability and attention. I only go to a client’s home. I would rather see the pet on their turf and follow their rules as opposed to taking them out of their safety zone.

About: Hi! I'm Aileen, a 20-year-old who's always had a special place in my heart for all animals. Growing up, I was the go to pet sitter in my neighborhood, and I've spent many hours caring for and bonding with both. I've volunteered at animal shelters, where I helped with feeding, socializing, and walking the dogs, and I've fostered a few kittens, too. I'd like to think that i'm a calm and gentle person, friendly but a little reserved, so I tend to connect really well with animals. I truly believe every animal deserves love, patience, and a safe space, and I love being part of that care. I’m currently working part time at a daycare, and going to school full time as well. Depending on my work schedule, i’m available most days after 1 pm. Whenever taking care of any animal, I make sure to keep my attention on the animal as if they were a child. I make sure to follow any requests provided by the pet owner to ensure the best service possible.

Cedarpines Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Katy stayed in our house with our dog for 10 days. We got updated with photos at least once a day. The house was left as if it had been unused the entire time we were gone. Speaking for the dog she was probably as happy as she could be while we were away.
Katy did an outstanding job taking wonderful care of my two little dogs. The communication with me while I was out of town was so helpful. Katy texted and sent lots of cute photos of what my two little scoundrels were up to! I would highly recommend Katy for your animal sitting needs!
