About: I have raised all stages of dogs from puppies to seniors. Dogs have feelings too and I pay attention to them. Love them all. They are my heart. I am available to sit during the week after work, which is 9 am to 5 pm, but would stay at your house with them and weekends. Take them out for walks and play time, potty breaks and feed them. Snuggle with them at night while watching tv. Provide lots of snuggles and treats if parents allow.

About: I have decades of experience living and working with dogs and cats. I also have animal training experience. I enjoy meeting new animals and their people. I currently work from home so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to take frequent breaks to give animals care, attention and activity. I currently have a house with lots of space, with a big yard and 40 acres of walking trails to entertain your special fur baby.

About: For dogs who need more energy burned off, I’m happy to do a run instead of a walk, depending on weather and your dog’s needs. My pace tops out at a 10-minute mile, and I can get down to a 9-minute mile as the weather cools. If your dog is comfortable with other dogs, I’ll also bring along my own dog, a blue heeler, to run together. On the flip side, I’m also a big believer in “sniff walks” — letting the dog lead the way and take in all the smells they want, at their own pace. I listen to podcasts during these, so I’m well-practiced at going slow and staying patient. I treat every pet like my own: plenty of attention, patience, and care, plus updates and photos so you know they’re in good hands. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! I have a flexible work-from-home schedule this summer and into the fall, which gives me time most mornings for pet care. I’m out and about with my own dog anyway, so fitting in visits or walks is easy. I’ll be taking on as many visits as I can, since it fits naturally into my routine right now. I follow the owner’s care instructions closely — feeding schedules, routines, and any specific needs the pet has. Clear instructions upfront make for an efficient, friendly visit and a happy pet. I always make sure doors and gates are secure before and after a visit, and I send updates and photos so you know exactly how things went.

As an avid runner, I'd love to take your pooch for a long run, chill stroll or anything in between! I'm also willing to do some light housekeeping during drop-in visits. For 11 years I worked at a pet specialty store educating customers about the best ways to care for their pets - dogs, cats, birds, fish, geckos/bearded dragons and small animals. During that time I also worked briefly as a dog trainer. I have dogs and cats of my own, and previously kept freshwater fish, an axolotle, Syrian hamsters, anoles, chinchillas and a tree frog. I currently have some early morning availability (6-7) and evening/night availability (after 4:00) during the week. Saturday and Sunday I am generally open and have more availability. Pet safety is my top priority. I always make sure doors and/or gates are secure and that dogs have their collar on when going outside.

About: I’ve taken care of many different fury friends since I was a kid. I have currently have a dog of my own, but enjoy quality time with all animals:) I just graduated PA school and have not found a job yet, so I’m looking to make extra money. I have pretty open availability during the week. I love all animals! I respect all homes and make sure to leave everything better than I found it! About: I have always had passionate for animals since I was a kid; I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian for as long as I can remember. In order to fulfill this dream, I am majoring in animal science at Michigan State University as a third year student! Additionally, I volunteered at the Humane Society of West Michigan and Second Chance Cats. I would walk dogs, social cats, and clean litter boxes, bowls, and surfaces. As a volunteer, I learned how to understand behavior of pets to prevent a situation from escalating and promote the safety of the pet, myself, and others. I am excited to meet your pets and provide excellent care! I am not currently working right now, so time is flexible here! I am willing to work around your schedule and the best time for you. I am not available anytime on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. As I care for your pets in your home, I will make sure to follow all pet care instructions, whether it's dietary needs or medication regimens. I'll provide food and water when needed. Also, I could never forget to provide enrichment if the animal is comfortable. While I meet the basic needs, I will also be cautious of behavior in order to promote security for myself as well as the pet. Not only will I take care of your pets, but also, if comfortable, I can bring in mail, vacuum, or do laundry while respecting privacy and maintaining appearance of activity at client residence. Most importantly, I will secure locks and entryways to prevent unauthorized access by persons not approved by owners, and respect the boundaries of the home. As it goes for dog walking, I will be cautious of my surrounding environment, such as cars or other dogs, to promote safety for myself as well as the pet. Also, I'll never yank or pull harshly on the leash that could possible harm the pet. I'll always pick up after the animal.

On typical days when I am away from home, my dogs are alone no longer than 5–6 hours. If both of us are expected to be away for longer than two hours during a pet’s care period, I communicate this in advance to ensure transparency and appropriate planning. Dogs always have access to fresh water and are fed twice daily (or as often as your individual dog requires). Potty breaks are provided frequently based on each dog’s individual needs and cues; however, I am more than willing to follow a more structured schedule if that is what your pet is accustomed to. I am also experienced with administering medications, including monthly heartworm and flea prevention, and take great care to ensure all medications are given accurately and on time. While my household follows a generally relaxed routine, I understand that many pets thrive on structure. I am fully comfortable adhering to detailed instructions and incorporating established routines into my daily care. During the days I am available according to my Rover schedule, I am home for the majority of the day. Any brief absences are typically limited to short appointments, during which my boyfriend may assist with supervision, or pets will be safely confined if appropriate. Above all, I prioritize safety, supervision, and communication. Your pet will never be left without attentive care. Whether in my home or yours, I ensure consistent supervision, engagement, and affection so that every animal feels secure, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their time with me. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my highest priorities. I share my home with three friendly dogs, each with their own unique personality: an energetic and affectionate Boston Terrier, a more reserved but sweet Boston Terrier, and a laid-back Chihuahua who enjoys staying close by. They are well-socialized and can provide companionship for visiting dogs when appropriate. My home is set up to accommodate a variety of needs and routines. I have three individual crates with comfortable bedding available for dogs who are crate trained or require confinement, and you are always welcome to bring your own crate if it helps your pet feel more at home. While my own dogs enjoy free access to the house and are allowed on the furniture, I am happy to follow your pet’s established rules and routines, including using gates or designated areas if needed. Although my yard is not physically fenced, safety is always a top priority. My dogs are never outdoors unsupervised, and the same standard of care applies to every pet I watch. I have a large, open yard that provides plenty of space for exercise, and I regularly walk dogs on a leash around the property and in the neighborhood. If your dog is most comfortable on a leash or tie-out while outside, I am more than happy to accommodate those preferences. All of my dogs are current on their vaccinations and receive routine veterinary care. I pay close attention to changes in their health, behavior, and overall well-being, and I bring that same level of attentiveness to every pet in my care. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will treat both your home and your companion with the utmost respect. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, training, household rules, and daily routines to ensure your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you are away. At bedtime, I am happy to follow whatever sleeping arrangement your pet is accustomed to, whether that means sleeping in a crate, on their own bed, or sharing a room with me. My goal is to maintain their normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable. My boyfriend and I live together, but I will be your pet’s primary caregiver. He may occasionally assist if I need to step away briefly, providing additional supervision and support, but all communication and primary care responsibilities remain with me. For added peace of mind, I am certified in Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR. You can trust that your pet will receive attentive, compassionate, and responsible care throughout their stay.
