Murphy loved spending time with Gator and a couple other dogs, and Caroline sent regular updates. I can’t thank her enough for keeping Murphy for 12 days! Murphy came back happy and I will definitely use Caroline if needed again.”

She was such a great host for our dog and made sure he was completely comfortable during his entire stay. We received multiple updates daily and awesome pictures while we were away. We will definitely be using Tatyana again for watching Jax while we are away!”
“Averi took great care of my Remy boy! She is a kind and thoughtful sitter and very easy to communicate with. She sent pictures during Remy’s stay at her home and assured me he was happy and well taken care of. Prior to Remy’s overnight stay, we met up for a meet and greet. Averi listened to my explanations of Remy’s needs and had no issues understanding and managing his anxiety and reactivity. She made me feel at ease. We will definitely be reaching out again!”

“Izzy, is wonderful. I have 2 cats and shadow came right to her and begged for belly rubs. Mischief is a lot more shy so it took him more time to show himself. Izzy sent me pictures and updates on how the boys were doing. I highly recommend Izzy for all your pet needs. I will definitely be using her again. Thank you Izzy, you were a life saver.”

“Heather is awesome! Our pup Luka loves her, and we can tell she loves visiting him just as much. She does a wonderful job letting us know how visits go (including if our dog uses the bathroom, drinks/eats, had play time, etc). Heather shares photos of her time with our pup as well, which is so fun to see while we are away. She does a wonderful job cleaning up any messes and caring for our little guy. Highly recommend Heather. We will continue to book her!”

About: I have raised all stages of dogs from puppies to seniors. Dogs have feelings too and I pay attention to them. Love them all. They are my heart. I am available to sit during the week after work, which is 9 am to 5 pm, but would stay at your house with them and weekends. Take them out for walks and play time, potty breaks and feed them. Snuggle with them at night while watching tv. Provide lots of snuggles and treats if parents allow.
“Heather was excellent and took care of our dog and cats while we were out of state for 10 days. She set up a meet and greet with us before hand and then stopped over to meet the pets and learn how to take care of them. She was great at communicating and sent us updates and photos each visit. We will absolutely contact Heather again when we need a pet sitter. Thank you Heather!”

“Brittani was great with our two cats while we took a weekend trip! One of our cats gets meds twice a day and Brittani was incredibly reliable and great with our cat for her medications and schedule! She also provided great pics and updates every visit!”

“Excellent service and great notes and photos! We really appreciate the extra work Kerrigan put in to help make our cats more comfortable while we were gone and for taking care of their messes.”

About: We do not own cats; they own us. I'm happy to be at the beck and call of your HFIC (Head Feline in Charge). In keeping with the butler theme, I'm also happy to do some light housekeeping during my visit. For 11 years I worked at a pet specialty store educating customers about the best ways to care for their pets - dogs, cats, birds, fish, geckos/bearded dragons and small animals. During that time I had the privilege of working with our adoptable cats, several of which had special needs. I have dogs and cats of my own, and previously kept freshwater fish, an axolotle, Syrian hamsters, anoles, chinchillas and a tree frog.
“Mandee provided exceptional care for our 2 cats (& checked on our home/mail/trash). We appreciated the updates and pictures she provided. She played with our fur babies and made sure they were set with litter, food, and water each day. Would recommend and definitely book her again.”

About: As someone who not only has pets but spent over a year working at a pet store I’ve cared for many different types of dogs, learned how to read animal behavior, and understand the importance of safety, routine, and trust. I’m reliable, attentive, and always prioritize your pet’s comfort and well-being Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I have both a dog and a cat, so I’m used to balancing walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. Because I already plan my days around caring for my own pets, it’s easy for me to incorporate walks, drop-ins, and sitting for others. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. This includes timely feedings, regular walks, playtime, enrichment, and lots of attention. I make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, and I closely monitor their behavior to ensure they’re happy and safe.
“Brittany did drop in visits for our dog and she was so great! Very communicative with messages and photos, and our dog was so happy to have the company. Would most definitely recommend!”

I work with pets on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday. I am happy to provide dog walking, drop in visits, and house sitting. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am happy to provide walks to whatever length you prefer. I am happy to provide updates with photos. I can be flexible and supportive. I take good care to watch pets closely. “Alissa has been absolutely amazing to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone. She’s helped us on multiple occasions from house sitting to just dropping by. Our family is very happy to have found Alissa!”

“Puppy is home after his stay, and is happy, clean and very tired! Sitters are extremely responsive and accommodating, will definitely trust them with my boy again!”

About: We are a Christian home with a very active family! I’m thankful that my job allows me to spend most of my days at home with the kids and dog. Our dog is very friendly and loves new visitors. She’s smaller, but loves the big dogs best! My daughter on the other hand loves the smaller dogs. We will happily welcome them all! My dog and I frequent the dog parks, hiking trails, beaches and walks through the town. I used to be a former 4-H member with my childhood dog, so I’ve got many years experience with training and showing. My love and patience is huge for dogs. I prefer a dog to be kennel trained, and come with a crate but an open to discussion. I am very flexible and I will most certainly work with you with whatever you may need. Look forwarding to meeting you and your pup. We are home the majority of our days, tending to our hobby farm, and enjoying time outside. We have a very flexible schedule, and are willing to accommodate. The dogs are always fed separate, and separated when I leave! Pets are allowed on beds, and couches. They will get lots of time outside with us.
“Caroline takes such good care of Clover every time she visits! She is always happy to go, is relaxed when she comes home. It’s so nice having somewhere Clo loves to go and we can trust. Thank you Caroline!”

“Our dog, Finn, came home happy and tired. He had a full day meeting the farm animals and all the children. He also enjoyed making new friends with the other dogs. Reyna was very accommodating and sent lots of pictures throughout the day.”

“Jenny was awesome with Buddy. She Provided a nice calm place for my very senior dog. I was impressed by the care and concern she showed for his arthritis and special needs. I am super thankful for her flexibility in accommodating Buddy for my travels. Highly recommend.”

About: I have taken care of many different dogs most of my life from family dogs to friends etc! I got my first dog around when I was seven and right now I have two cats who I’ve owned for 7 years and 4 years! So I am very experienced with both cats and dogs and a lot of other animals! I am currently working at Instacart as a shopper so will be able to fit your pets needs into my schedule whenever needed! I get to make my own schedule through them as well so it’s perfect! I have a high knowledge on both cats and dogs. I clean the litter at my house for my two cats and have pet sit my friends and family’s dogs and cleaned up and walked and fed them as well!
“Amy was absolutely amazing with Maverick! From the minute I met her, I knew she was what I was looking for in someone to take care of our puppy. Attentive and kind and sweet - true lover of dogs! Thank you for giving us peace of mind while away!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud rescue dog parent with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs. I know firsthand how tough it can be to find affordable, trustworthy help—especially when juggling a busy schedule. That’s what inspired me to become a Rover sitter: to offer dependable, compassionate care for your pets when you need it most. My two pups (a spunky senior Jack Russell/Heeler mix and a mid-aged Husky/Heeler) keep me active and on my toes, and I frequently care for my sister-in-law's dogs as well. I’m experienced with dogs who need a little extra TLC, including those on special diets, daily medications, or unique routines. Whether you need someone to drop in for a quick potty break or want your dog to feel at home while you're away, I treat every pet like family—with patience, attention, and love. I'm flexible! I currently work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule during the days. I work about ~10-15 hours a week and don't have a set 9-5 type schedule. I can do my work whenever, wherever! I have a fenced in yard and two dogs at home. I treat my dogs like they are my BABIES - they get a ton of attention, pets, belly rubs, walks, and kisses. We do a lot of walks in our neighborhood and like to bring our pets on adventures.
“Emily was a lifesaver! She responded right away and was able to provide day care for my dog the day of. She sent me updates throughout his stay and took great care of him. Definitely would recommend and we will be back!”

“We had a family emergency which resulted in a completely different person coming to pick up Tanner. Renne was flexible and understanding, which we were so thankful for.”

About: I spent 13 years caring for my own dog, Seven, and she was truly part of my family. That experience shaped how I care for every dog-patiently, attentively, and with a lot of love. I genuinely enjoy being outside, going on walks, and making sure dogs are active, happy, and not stuck inside all day. Your dog won’t just be “watched”- they’ll be cared for, played with, and treated like one of our own. I currently work from home and am home the majority of the day, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention, supervision, and care. I do step out occasionally for short transportation trips and my boys’ sports activities, but I plan my schedule to ensure pets are never left alone for long periods. Your dog will have a consistent, safe, and attentive environment with lots of interaction throughout the day. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide regular potty breaks every few hours, daily walks, and plenty of outdoor time. When I’m outside working on projects, dogs are welcome to be with me under supervision. Because we are on a busy road and the yard is not fully fenced, all dogs will be closely monitored outdoors. I will follow your preferences regarding leashing at all times, and I also have a secure 20-foot cable line available for safe outdoor time when appropriate. Fresh water is always available, both indoors and outside. I also currently have a calm, 12-year-old foster dog who enjoys light play and does well with other dogs. We’re located near a lake, and with your permission, I’m happy to include supervised swimming and extra outdoor activities for dogs who enjoy it. I will always tailor care to your dog’s individual needs to ensure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for.
“I mean, wow! This has been the most detailed and very communicative doggie day care that we've ever experienced. We're traveling across the country so if we come back through this area, we'll be sure to book another stay with Katelyn. We wish she was available back home in Washington state.”

About: Hi! I’m an experienced dog owner and lifelong dog lover who has raised and trained my own 4-year-old chocolate lab from puppyhood. I provide a safe, structured, and loving home where your dog will be treated like family. I’m a teacher and am home full-time during the summer, so your pup will get plenty of attention, including daily walks, playtime, and enrichment. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and can administer oral medications if needed. Dogs staying with me must be friendly, as they’ll be spending time with my well-socialized lab who loves having a buddy around. Dogs are welcome on furniture to feel at home (just not on beds). Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority, caring for them just like I do my own! I am home during the summers, as I teach during the school year! This allows my schedule to be flexible and provide your pet with frequent bathroom breaks, outside time, walks, and play time! Your pet will be welcomed into my home and treated like a family pet during their stay! Pets are allowed on furniture, but I request that they not sleep on the bed. I have beds that I can provide for them as an alternative sleeping area. My yard is fenced in for ease of bathroom breaks and time spent outside, but will likely be accompanied by me as I will likely be home during the majority of your pets stay. If your pet tends to get curious when left alone, I ask that you provide a crate for them to be put in when I have to run out of the house during your pets stay. I am pretty flexible and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs during their stay!
About: We take extra time to make sure they have exercise, love, play, safety, and fun. We treat your dog as if he's one of our own. Someone is always home to care for our pets. Their care is our #1 priority. We have scheduled meal times and always ensure fresh water is available. We also take time to make sure they have plenty of exercise and fun. We take multiple walks each day, spend time playing with them, ensure that they are well cared for and loved. We make sure they are happy!

About: I work remotely, which means I’m home a lot and able to give pets real attention throughout the day, not just quick check-ins between errands. I’ve been a dog owner since 2009, and while my two dogs sadly passed away a few years back, that long experience really shaped how I understand routines, personalities, and all the little quirks that make each pet unique. I usually keep things crate-free so dogs can relax and feel at home; they’re welcome to lounge on the couch, their bed, my bed, or wherever they choose, and I want them to feel like they’re just hanging out in their second home. If your pup is crate-trained or prefers a crate routine though, I’m totally happy to stick with that too. I focus on keeping pets comfortable and sticking closely to their normal routine, whether that’s walks, playtime, meals, or just hanging out and keeping them company. I’m pretty used to everything from energetic zoomies to picky eating to strong opinions about walk routes, so I try to meet each pet where they are and make them feel at home. I also keep pet parents updated with regular photos and messages so you’re never wondering how things are going, and can relax knowing your pet is being well cared for (and probably a little spoiled). Working from home gives me a lot of flexibility to fit pet care naturally into the day; walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout. Most pets are rarely left alone for long periods, which can be especially helpful for dogs that get anxious or just like having company. Overall, I try to keep things steady and predictable for pets, since they tend to do best with routine; regular walks, meals, playtime, and companionship built into the day so they feel comfortable and cared for. I offer flexible pet care in both my home and the client’s home, depending on what works best for each pet and their routine. In my home, pets are treated like part of the day-to-day household in a calm, pet-friendly environment where they can relax, play, and settle in comfortably, with consistent routines for feeding, walks, rest, attention, and plenty of time for play and companionship so they feel at ease and not bored. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping everything as familiar and stress-free as possible by sticking closely to their normal routine and following any specific instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and anything else that helps them feel secure, while also making sure they get plenty of one-on-one attention so they still feel cared for while you’re away. If I’m house sitting, I also help keep things running smoothly by bringing in mail, watering plants, and making sure everything stays secure, and I always provide regular updates with messages and photos so you know how things are going. Since I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate midday check-ins, overnight stays, and longer care periods, and I’m also pretty adaptable if anything changes last minute. My goal is simply to make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for the whole time.
“She said he did wonderful. She took great care in all his needs & wants. Very dependable. Love the pics & communication through the day. Already booked again. Thank you”

“Will book again, it was nice for the dogs to have others like them to play together with and know that someone was watching them that has experience with this breed.”

About: Hi, I’m Erika! Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I bring that lifetime of comfort and familiarity into caring for your fur baby. Currently, my days are filled with pet care. I am a proud cat parent, so I am completely in tune with feline body language, routines, and the exact spot they like to be scratched. I also care for my neighbor’s dog on a part time basis. This means lots of walks (I love trails!), dog parks, playtime and providing companionship! Because pet care is a natural part of my everyday life, you can head out the door with total peace of mind knowing your pet will receive reliable, attentive, and tailored care that keeps their usual routine perfectly on track. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I have a very flexible schedule and would love to walk/care for your doggo! It helps me get my steps in along with getting your dogs energy out! Whether caring for your fur baby in your home, walking them, or doing a drop in, my top priority is maintaining their absolute comfort and security. About: I have had pets my entire life. I knew very young that I wanted to work with animals. I have a great love and compassion for them. I will take great care of your babies! I have a lot of experience caring and working with dogs. I have hobby farm experience (dogs, cats, chickens and a horse) as well. I am a Licensed Veterinary Nurse, therefore, I am educated in many aspects of caring for your pet. I know what to look for in case of illness, injury, etc. I can also do some other tasks, like toe nail trims, ear cleanings, etc. I am a dependable, trustworthy person who knows how important your pets are to you. I look forward to caring for your pets and/or walking your dog.
About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life. I’ve had the responsibility of feeding and cleaning them since I was 14. I am very excited to take care of other pets and keep them safe. I feed my two cats three scoops each day (three scoops for each of them), give them lots of fresh water, and clean their litter boxes every day. I not only take care of my pets to make sure they are safe and healthy, but I play with them and have lots of fun with them.
“We love having Ava walk our lively Schnoodle. He needs his walk every day, and his humans are sometimes busy or not feeling well enough to take him. We really appreciate her! And it makes Kevin very happy!”

About: I have cared for animals with higher abilities and security training. I've nursed rescue pets back to health and have a great network of vets and other pet professionals. I do not have a standard work schedule at this time. I am self employed and happy to do my best to exceed your expectations. I am an open communicator. I listen to the human and animals verbal cues and body language to discern the comfort level, desired schedule, and overall lifestyle. I do not force animals into sitatuons where they are extremely uncomfortable. I smile, move slow, and try to match the dogs energy. If they want to run, we can! If they need to sit by a tree and relax, I am happy to get some pets while we wait. I also monitor the body language of surrounding animals to avoid miscommunications between pets.

About: I have experience providing both overnight pet care and daily drop-in/walk visits for dogs of many different breeds, sizes, and ages. I enjoy caring for animals and believe dogs thrive with consistent attention, daily exercise, and loving care. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping pets company, I always make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away. I work in a school, so I currently have weekends available and I will have summer available to provide daily walks in a few weeks. Safety and fulfilling needs is my number one priority when I have a pet in my care. I will ensure that walks or visits are safe for your pet and that its needs are being met.
“Sabrina took our little cavapoo for a walk and had some extra playtime today. This was our first time having Sabrina help us out and we were extremely happy with her communication and care for our pup. She arrived right on time and followed all our instructions perfectly. We loved receiving plenty of pictures of all the fun she had with our puppy. We will definitely use Sabrina again in the future!”

About: I’m new to Rover, but I’ve been around dogs ever since I was born! While my real pet care experience has really started about 2 years ago, I grew up watching and helping my parents take care of our dogs. I’ve been sitting for my parents’ dogs Oscar and Sadie for the last 2 years while they are at work or on trips, and I have loved every minute of it! I will treat your babies like my own, prioritizing their safety and happiness above all. Your puppies deserve to be spoiled and I’m here to be loving company when needed! I’m working part time, which gives me plenty of time to care for your pets! I’m available during the week for walks from 8am to 4pm. During walks, I let my dogs stop and smell things for as long as they want for optimal enrichment, and I always walk closest to the road to keep them safe. If I have your permission, I give treats at the end of each walk, and a new toy or doggy ice cream when it’s their birthday!

I look forward to meeting you and your pup! Dogs enjoy time outside with a base routine (in the yard and/or walks) with naps and/or mentally stimulating games in between. * I am happy to share more details about our daily routine through a meet and greet or chat. They are also allowed to go outside whenever they want to for potty or just exploring the yard. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. If you are looking for a quiet, calm, safe atmosphere for your pup, this is it! I recommend a meet and greet (in person or virtual) to see if we are a good fit and learn about each dog’s personalities. *Dogs are watched at all times and fed separately. * I do not have kennels. The stay with me in the house. I will use their create and follow your instructions to use it. *Have tags on them with name and phone number. I also make a provisional one with my information for when we go for walks if they don’t have one (harnesses are highly recommended) *I encourage to bring their bed, or I can provide them with one. They are allowed on the couch or in a doggy bed in my bedroom. *I enjoy each puppy as much as I can during their stay with me and love to provide them with a fun and comfortable experience. I want them to see me as a fun and a safe person to be with, so I will always strive to be that for them in anyway I can. *I am sensitive to their needs and emotions and am always happy to build a connection with each of them.
About: I’ve had pets my whole life. Animals are a big passion of mine and I would love to help out others with theirs!! I’ve pet sat and dog walked for family and friends since I was 11. I’m hoping to help others with caring for their pets!! Im currently in college but my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m open on weekends and most week nights. I’m open to make my schedule work for you! I have a yard, all though it’s not fenced in there are dog parks within walking distance from my home and I’m more than happy to take dogs to them and keep an eye on them. There are many trails right by my home such as the white pine trail as well.

“Michelle is absolutely awesome! She kept us updated with how Koda was doing and photos of his activities at least daily. Her dogs were super nice and they all got along great. I would absolutely recommend her!!!”

“Sabrina was a great sitter for our one year old boxer. Her fenced in yard, experience with many dogs, and kindness made the experience very comforting for a first timer.”

“Was great at communicating with me during the trip and was accommodating for our older dog that needed less “social time” and our puppy with more energy and special dietary needs! Would recommend Rachel and would love to have her watch our pups again!”

“Dan and his wife are absolutely amazing! Our doggy always has an incredible time with them. They send photos and videos of your pup so you don’t miss them too much when you’re away. 1,000% recommend!”

“Our dog immediately felt comfortable at Paige & Matthew’s house. Communication was great, our dog was well cared for. We will definitely book with them again!”

“Caroline was fantastic! Murphy is 10 and has never been boarded and is an only dog. Caroline immediately made me and Murphy comfortable. Murphy loved spending time with Gator and a couple other dogs, and Caroline sent regular updates. I can’t thank her enough for keeping Murphy for 12 days! Murphy came back happy and I will definitely use Caroline if needed again.”

“Katherine was excellent with our black lab! Even with a fairly short notice, she and her family welcomed her and took great care of her over the weekend. Would book again!”

“Dan was awesome to work with, and his dog Penny is a sweetheart that immediately welcomed my young, anxious rescue lab Goose into her home. He made sure Goose felt comfortable in the house, provided him with sufficient exercise, and sent me daily updates with pictures and videos. Highly recommend Dan to anyone in need of a sitter!”

“Renee was able to board our 2 bulldogs over the 4th holiday on short notice and we are so grateful! She has a fenced backyard, works from home and was able to spend quality time with them so they weren't lonely. They had such big smiles on their faces the whole time. Will definitely come back on our next trip!”

“This was our first time leaving Boston and Felix made us feel like he was loved, safe, and loving life! He opened his home and welcomed our very busy puppy with open arms. We got pictures and even a video. Boston had a great experience his first time away from us and we would trust Felix anytime with our fur baby ❤️”

“I am so happy we found Kristopher to watch our dog! We received daily updates and photos, and felt like she was very well cared for. Kristopher has a large property and fenced area, so she was able to run around outside as much as she wanted, had other dogs to play with, and a huge living space in the home that was dog friendly. We will not hesitate to use Kristopher’s services again, and are so thankful we now have a place she can be comfortable when we are unable to bring her with us. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our girl!!”

“Soly was the most thorough and detail-oriented dog sitter I have ever used; and I have used many. I was very impressed! I really enjoyed all the photos and detailed updates from him each day. Moe seemed very happy and I am grateful for the care and attention Soly gave to my best buddy. Soly's townhouse is in a great place for dogs. There was a nice walking trail and a great dog private dog park that was completely fenced in. I am confident your dog will be in great hands with Soly.”

“Christina and her family took such great care of Oliver during our recent extended family vacation. Christina was an excellent communicator and was very flexible with adjusting Oliver’s care instructions when needed during his stay. We are so grateful that Oliver had a place to stay that gave him the same TLC he receives from us at home.”
