“Paige and Matthew were so so amazing to my boyfriend and i as well as our ollie! i seriously can’t say enough great things about them, we set up a meet and great which made me (a first time rover mom) feel so much better about seeing how he would interact there. they were SO flexible with pickup and drop off times as my boyfriend is a farmer and gets out of work at different times and whatnot. Paige was super responsive to my messages and sent pictures and videos often to keep me happy! ollie got training while he stayed with them and was less mouthy (puppy teething)! again i cannot say enough good things about them, they loved ollie like he was their own. we will most definitely be booking with them again to take care of our puppy! best rover sitters out there.”
About: We are a Christian home with a very active family! I’m thankful that my job allows me to spend most of my days at home with the kids and dog. Our dog is very friendly and loves new visitors. She’s smaller, but loves the big dogs best! My daughter on the other hand loves the smaller dogs. We will happily welcome them all! My dog and I frequent the dog parks, hiking trails, beaches and walks through the town. I used to be a former 4-H member with my childhood dog, so I’ve got many years experience with training and showing. My love and patience is huge for dogs. I prefer a dog to be kennel trained, and come with a crate but an open to discussion. I am very flexible and I will most certainly work with you with whatever you may need. I work from home so have availability most days during the work week to spend time with your pup in the Rockford Area! If you’re interested in daytime in-home care, our Schnoodle, Ares, gets along great with other dogs and would love a daytime friend. We do not have a fenced in yard, but have a great neighborhood for walks. We also have multiple leads to be outside in our yard with pups.

I do not have a standard work schedule at this time. I am self employed and happy to do my best to exceed your expectations. I am an open communicator. I listen to the human and animals verbal cues and body language to discern the comfort level, desired schedule, and overall lifestyle. I do not force animals into sitatuons where they are extremely uncomfortable. I smile, move slow, and try to match the dogs energy. If they want to run, we can! About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life. I’ve had the responsibility of feeding and cleaning them since I was 14. I am very excited to take care of other pets and keep them safe. I feed my two cats three scoops each day (three scoops for each of them), give them lots of fresh water, and clean their litter boxes every day. About: I have been with rover, dog bording, since 2018. I love animals, they are my favorite. I pet every dog I see. I have also been around animals my whole life. When I was younger I had a dog named rocky, he was a cocker spaniel and a beagle mix, I had him for 13 years. When we had to put him down part of my soul left, he was my best friend. I know what its like to love your beautiful animals, through hard times they are always there for us. They are all created with beautiful souls, we are so lucky to have something like that by our sides. With that being said, I would love to take in your pet as if it were my own. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I enjoy—it’s a lifelong passion. Dogs always have access to fresh water and are fed twice daily (or as often as your individual dog requires). Potty breaks are provided frequently based on each dog’s individual needs and cues; however, I am more than willing to follow a more structured schedule if that is what your pet is accustomed to. I am also experienced with administering medications, including monthly heartworm and flea prevention, and take great care to ensure all medications are given accurately and on time. While my household follows a generally relaxed routine, I understand that many pets thrive on structure. I am fully comfortable adhering to detailed instructions and incorporating established routines into my daily care. During the days I am available according to my Rover schedule, I am home for the majority of the day. Any brief absences are typically limited to short appointments, during which my boyfriend may assist with supervision, or pets will be safely confined if appropriate. Above all, I prioritize safety, supervision, and communication. Your pet will never be left without attentive care. Whether in my home or yours, I ensure consistent supervision, engagement, and affection so that every animal feels secure, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their time with me. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my highest priorities. I share my home with three friendly dogs, each with their own unique personality: an energetic and affectionate Boston Terrier, a more reserved but sweet Boston Terrier, and a laid-back Chihuahua who enjoys staying close by. They are well-socialized and can provide companionship for visiting dogs when appropriate. My home is set up to accommodate a variety of needs and routines. I have three individual crates with comfortable bedding available for dogs who are crate trained or require confinement, and you are always welcome to bring your own crate if it helps your pet feel more at home. While my own dogs enjoy free access to the house and are allowed on the furniture, I am happy to follow your pet’s established rules and routines, including using gates or designated areas if needed. Although my yard is not physically fenced, safety is always a top priority. My dogs are never outdoors unsupervised, and the same standard of care applies to every pet I watch. I have a large, open yard that provides plenty of space for exercise, and I regularly walk dogs on a leash around the property and in the neighborhood. If your dog is most comfortable on a leash or tie-out while outside, I am more than happy to accommodate those preferences. All of my dogs are current on their vaccinations and receive routine veterinary care. I pay close attention to changes in their health, behavior, and overall well-being, and I bring that same level of attentiveness to every pet in my care. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will treat both your home and your companion with the utmost respect. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, training, household rules, and daily routines to ensure your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you are away. At bedtime, I am happy to follow whatever sleeping arrangement your pet is accustomed to, whether that means sleeping in a crate, on their own bed, or sharing a room with me. My goal is to maintain their normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable. My boyfriend and I live together, but I will be your pet’s primary caregiver. He may occasionally assist if I need to step away briefly, providing additional supervision and support, but all communication and primary care responsibilities remain with me.
