“We have never had anyone stay at our house with our animals before, so the idea of leaving them with a complete stranger was very daunting. Sydney was absolutely wonderful with our two big, rambunctious dogs (2 year old huskies) and four cats. Our house was exactly as we left it and she sent lots of updates so we could see everyone’s sweet faces and how much fun they were having without us! She was terrific about updating us when she got here and letting us know how everything was going. She was always very responsive through the whole process, and it was very clear our animals were all comfortable and enjoying their normal routine with her. We will absolutely have Sydney back, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone!”

She understood that Cookie needed space and allowed her to warm up at her own pace, while still finding little ways to build trust and make her comfortable. Elizabeth also communicated with us constantly, sending detailed updates, pictures and videos, and letting us know about everything from eating and potty breaks to small changes she noticed. We never once had to wonder how Cookie was doing. It was very clear that Elizabeth genuinely cared about Cookie and treated her like her own. Being away from an anxious dog can be stressful, but knowing Elizabeth was with her allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip.
