About: I have lived with, owned, and taken care of dogs, large and small, for my entire life. Family and friends have trusted me to help care for their animals when in need. I have experience with other animals as well including, but not limited to, rabbits, fish, and livestock. Daily, I work 7:30-5:30 M-Th, but I set my own hours, so my schedule can be altered as needed with notice. I do not work F-Sun or any federal holidays. About: I’ve had dogs and cats around me for most of my life, from growing-up on a farm in Maryland to working large animal husbandry at the Virginia Tech Veterinary School to sharing a 1-bedroom studio with two cats in Roanoke City, and I’ve always loved all animals. All! Right now, I have one dog and three cats of my own, and they are very much part of my family. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats with different personalities and needs. I enjoy walks, playtime, and just hanging out with them and giving them attention. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets when you’re away, and I’ll care for yours just like I care for my own. About: I started taking care of multiple cats since I was a young teen, and then dogs when I became a dog bather! I worked with Petsmart for about 6 years. I’ve watched countless animals for friends and family throughout the years! in addition to that we also have fish, an axolotl, and hermit crabs. I am a stay at home mom of a newborn! I have a fenced in backyard, although I do not own a dog I have cared for them for friends or working as a dog bather off and on for years! I do have cats now who are basically my second children. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
