About: I’ve had animals my whole life and I’ve been known as an animal lover since I was a little kid. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind and size through the years. I know it's hard to be away from your pets and it’s my goal to provide them with the best care possible, so you can feel comfortable leaving them. I truly enjoy loving on your pets and making them feel at home while you have to be away. I have experience with diabetic dogs and giving insulin shots. I am comfortable administering medications. I have trained two different puppies and have experience with senior dogs as well. I am a stay at home mom and I homeschool our 4 children. We are home all day most days, which allows us to be able to give your pet lots of attention and the care they need. My children love to play and be around dogs too! I have a fenced in backyard which makes potty breaks easy and often and is great for chase and fetch. I also have 2 friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company and to play with. There are lots of sidewalks around my house for walks if that is what your pet likes/needs. I will treat your pet the way it is used to at home. If they prefer to be crated, I can do that as well. Thank you for the opportunity to care for your dog!

“My dog had her first daycare experience with Stephen and Yujin and it was a successful one! I received frequent updates along with photos/videos throughout the day. Steve and Yujin were very caring and communicative. I would certainly trust my dog under their care again.”

About: I really enjoy adding fun to dogs' lives with walks in their own neighborhoods or by providing them with sniffari adventures in our local parks. I have over a decade of experience with a wide variety of breeds, from Chihuahuas to Mastiffs, using positive reinforcement techniques to create harmonious relationships. In addition to caring for my 2 Bouviers & my Australian Cattle Dog mix, I train dogs part-time as well as volunteering with HSDC in Delaware. My dogs have titled in AKC Trick Dog, Fit Dog, Virtual Home Manners, & Canine Good Citizen. We trial in Rally Obedience & Fast CATs. I offer walks in safe neighborhoods & local parks. Trail walks may also be available for a additional fee. I have a large fenced yard set on 6 rural acres. I also have a full-size basement that is dedicated to dog training & is also great for playtime in inclement weather. My personal dogs are well-behaved & are always monitored when other dogs are in the home. Guest dogs are generally crated overnight, but they have access to the house & fenced yard during the day. All dogs are separated for meals & when they have chewies (non-rawhide only). I also include canine enrichment for all dogs in my care, tailored to each dog’s needs & preferences.

About: I can't remember a time in my life when I did not own a dog. I currently have three dogs of my own. I have fostered dogs through the Humane Society of Delaware County and have for about 5 years, so I've had experience with lots of breeds, sizes, and personalities. My husband works from home and I am a homemaker, so someone is usually home all day during the week and on weekends. If we go somewhere, it's usually not more than four hours at a time. We are a short drive from a hike and bike trail and do daily dog walks. Our dogs and foster dogs have access to the whole house. When we get a dog who is not yet potty trained, we may gate off the first floor of our house (first floor does not have carpet) for easy clean up. When we foster a new dog, we typically do potty breaks every 1-2 hours.

About: I currently work from home in a pet-free, kid-free, smoke-free townhome. I have direct access to wooded walking paths and a dog park. I have 4 years of dog sitting experience with various sized dogs. I am a dog and cat person! My quiet home will make a great place for a stay. I do not watch more than 2 pets at a time. My schedule is quite open for pet sitting. I end my workday at 3pm and have flexibility for walks during my workday, your pet will have lots of supervision! Your pet is welcome to cuddle or lounge with me on the clock :) I make sure to provide ample transition time so they can settle in. My home is a slow paced environment and my neighborhood is quiet, so they should have no trouble finding their zen. I have quick access to walking paths for dogs and my animals are allowed in all areas of the house. I have a small unfenced yard that every pet will be supervised during use.

“Connie was a wonderful sitter to my dog Max. She was watching another dog too & she provided a lot of fun for them! Her home felt perfect & safe for him. Her daughter was the sweetest & you could tell the dogs made her so happy which made me smile. Connie sent me several photos which I really appreciated. We will definitely use her again.”

“Jen has a great place for any dog! A big backyard for them to play. I booked Jen for two days. The first day at drop off, my pup was naturally a little hesitant (we didn’t have time to do a meet and greet). When I picked him up, he was happy as could be. When I took him on the second day, he couldn’t wait to get out of the car and play with his new friends.”

“Marisa was great with our dog. This was our first time using a doggy day care and she had out dog feeling at home the moment he walked in. She sent pictures and videos throughout the day to show our furry friend was comfortable and having a great time. I highly recommend Marisa!”

“Ashley was wonderful watching our dog while we were in Columbus. Haley got a great walk and settled right in. I will definitely call on Ashley again if we are in town camping and need to spend a day away from camp. I would recommend Ashley to anyone needing daycare for their dog.”

About: Having and taking care of animals has always been a big part of my life and heart. If I could, I’d own a HUGE rescue and love them all with my heart! Currently I am unemployed due to a mass layoff so I am providing services I know I can definitely do! I also have an empty home during the day so no kids during day hours! Even though my daughter is the biggest animal lover! I care for anyone’s pets as if they are my own. Sometimes it can be like a zoo, but the love and joy you get from animals is the best! And they don’t talk back! ;)

4. Rita & Brian S.

“I have known Rita Selle-Grider for many years in a variety of capacities. She and her family have always been great with animals, especially dogs and cats. Her daughter was involved with 4H and often took "Scottie" to the county fair. They all genuinely loved their animals and devoted a great deal of time, attention, and money to them. When I had my own dog (now passed away), I would regularly encounter Rita and/or her husband on brisk dog walks to keep their pets fit and in good health. There is no doubt in mind that any pet would be in excellent, safe, and caring hands with Rita. In recent years, she has even gone so far as to embrace a vegetarian and vegan lifestyle to ensure the welfare of all animals. (11/11/22)”
