About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats and even horses since the age of 9. From drop ins, dog walking, overnights and even puppy classes I have worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have potty trained, crate trained, and taught basic commands to both puppy and adult dogs. I have cared for senior dogs and have experience giving meds and care for post surgery/medical procedure. From the time I was a child I have loved being trusted to care for neighbors and friends animals while they were away. No animal is off limits as I love them all! I look forward to meeting and working with you and yours! I am currently staying at home while my husband works so my schedule is very open. Every day of the week is a possibility for drop ins or overnight care. I live in a home with plenty of space to crate your baby if they stay the night, ensuring their safety and ours. I currently own a 75lb goldendoodle who loves playing with other dogs. My neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly and is lined on a paved circle perfect for walking dogs. I usually do an AM and PM walk to allow dogs to potty, along with intermittently taking them out throughout the day. Most play time happens inside where there is a much lower risk of escape or overheating.

About: I am in a fellowship at Stanford, where I write from home full-time. I recently graduated from University of Miami, and before that I went to Emory where I also took care of pups! Dog-walking and general care provide a stress-free outlet from my writing and research, and a way to engage health and well-being beyond myself. As a member of a big family with many kids, taking care of pets is as natural for me as taking care of my nieces and nephews. Care and consideration are integral to all encounters with pets, and my experience with my nieces and nephews has taught me the necessary patience, attention, and care needed to attend to individuals’ prized family members. When dog walking, I see it as mutual exercise, and when pet sitting it’s mutual time spent. I am interested in extending my personal care to include those who cannot fully care for themselves. 🤗 I’m an artist, so taking care of Jazz and other pups is the main structure of my day. I plan my reading, writing, and screen time around our walks and play time. I rely on our routine for my own benefit as much as keeping a consistent balance for them, too. I believe in infinite grace and freedom. I will let the pets roam free, have their own time, play, and even cuddle when they like. I do have rules around rough playing, getting on furniture, or incessant barking or anything of the like. Most dogs have a way of showing you what the need, and I pride myself on being patient and understanding what exactly that is! Even if they do something I don’t like or that isn’t fair, I see how it can come from excitement or it may be out of their control or simply anxiety, so I also pride myself on setting clear but graceful boundaries that don’t intimidate or scold any pups. Every behavior has a reason!

About: I have grown up around dogs and cats my entire life. I used to pet sit before I went away to college. I also grew up on my Aunts farm where she would breed dogs and have animals running around all the time. I am a huge animal person and would love the opportunity to pet sit. Growing up with pets has been apart of my daily routine for as long as I can remember. It has been a huge responsibility of mine my entire life. I can definitely handle what it takes to take care of a pet . Wether it’s walking a dog three times a day, attending to their feeding schedule, or giving an animal unconditional love. I consider myself a very responsible young adult. Taking care of a dog or cat is a huge responsibility that I am willing to take on. My entire life I have been taking care of animals and would love the opportunity to pet sit. Additionally, in case of any emergencies, my front door neighbor is a vet and has lots of experience. I have a huge fenced yard and lots of space to run around. Overall, your pet will be in great hands!!

About: Hi! I'm Charli, and I've been caring for animals in both a professional and personal capacity for several years. I've worked as a bather, groomer, daycare, and veterinary clinic professional for over 5 years, and have experience with all of the following animals: dogs (all sizes), cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, fish, pigs, lizards, birds, & more! I most enjoy house sitting, dog walking, and daytime care, and I am able to travel to the further parts of the Tallahassee metro area upon request. For overnight animal guest needs, I have a home in the Astoria Park area of Tallahassee with a big fenced back yard and 5 animals of my own (2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 ferret). All of our animals are great with other pets and love to meet new friends. If needed, we can also set up a room your pet can have all to themselves. Pet care is my everyday priority! My fiancée works full time from home, allowing me to devote my time to giving our pets and others' pets the care and attention they need (and deserve). I take pet care very seriously and am very attuned to animals' body language. As a veterinary worker, I have been trained to handle any situation in a calm and collected manner. Additionally, I like to ensure proper nutrition, adequate play time and potty breaks, and down time/quiet time when pets are feeling overwhelmed.

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and backgrounds through my work with a dog rescue. I’ve cared for puppies who need basic training, senior dogs requiring extra patience and attention, and rescues with unique behavioral needs. I also have had dogs my whole life, and I currently have 4 very spoiled dogs, 2 of which are foster fails 🫶🏼 My schedule is flexible & I’m always happy to work with you to discuss the time and care your pet needs! I work early morning hours, and my shifts are typically around 4 hours. Outside of that, I pet sit full time! Whenever I’m not busy with my part time job or pet sitting for my clients, I spend my time volunteering at a local rescue. My goal is to provide a safe, stress-free, home like environment for every dog in my care. Before each stay, I like to learn your pup’s routine, personality, and needs so they can feel as comfortable as possible. For the safety of all dogs, boarding guests are kept separate from my personal dogs. Your dog will receive plenty of one-on-one attention, potty breaks, exercise, and affection throughout their stay. I treat every guest like family and strive to make their time away from home as enjoyable as possible. I can also administer medications if applicable.
