“Andrew deserves more than 5 stars - We were gone during the severe cold snap that hit Tallahassee, and he not only set the spigots to dripping, he came back and checked them on the day when the pipes were temporarily frozen to either shut our water off or adjust them again. Our shy indoor cats are also responding to his visits - something that usually takes a couple of year - so he his working his magic on befriending them. In a nut shell, he has watched over our house and pets like they were his own. It is much appreciated.”

He is pretty energetic and can play rough so we’d do best with dogs his size or larger that match his energy and play style. We are a pretty active household. I would pet sit at times when I am available to and take on pets in a manner that makes logistical sense for me and my schedule. Growing up my family had three dogs, and currently I have a seven year old rescue dog, named Arya, whom I had adopted in 2019. I have lived in Tallahassee for almost 8 years now, so I am very familiar with the area. Looking forward to this experience! While I used to be employed as a TA at FSU when I was a graduate student, I am currently unemployed and searching for research positions as a biologist. My days consist currently of job applications, so I hace a flexible schedule. My own dog is a mutt, mixed with pitbull and Rottweiler, so I know there is no such thing as "a bad breed." I will treat all dogs with the same love and care.
About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. Professionally I have worked with animals for about 5 years now. I worked at a doggy daycare for almost 3 years. Working there taught me a great deal about animal behavior and different kinds of dog personalities. I currently work at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. My job duties involve administering medication daily and taking care of both dogs and cats. I have previously worked at an emergency veterinary hospital as well, which helped me learn how to react best under pressure. I have 3 fur babies of my own (1 dog and 2 cats). I have previously volunteered at local animal shelters where I met many different types of dogs and cats. I look forward to meeting your pets! I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant, so during the week I am only available before 7:30am and after 5:30pm. I am fully available on the weekends! I am happy to follow any directions left for me about caring for your fur babies! I have pets of my own that all have different feeding schedules, amounts, and medications. So lists of requests and directions do not scare me!
About: One of my biggest joys in life are animals. Every chance I get, I look after the pets of family and friends. I have been watching my grandmas 2 dogs when they go out of town for about 2 years. I have friends who ask me regularly to look after their furry friends for days to weeks at a time. Ive dealt with puppies, animals in need of medication, and non-Potty trained animals. I have stayed night at houses or just stopped by regularly depending on what you prefer. I have worked with pit bulls down to chihuahua's. Aside from just pets I also volunteer at a horse rescue which had an abundance of animals and i have learned a great amount from that experience. Not to mention I have 6 animals of my own (4 cats, 2 dogs) whom I love dearly. I currently work Part-Time at ALDI as a Store Associate. We stay relatively overstaffed therefore i get a maximum of 20 hours a week, leaving me with plenty of time with your pets! Safety is always number one when it comes to all pets im responsible for. I prioritize the wellbeing an an animal as i do myself. For example, At my house we have a fenced in yard for the dogs to play but when my dog was a puppy, she would jump the fence. Therefore i would prioritize letting her out with a leash in the back yard to prevent her from getting harmed off our property.
About: I’ve been a dog and cat groomer for 4 years. I grew up on a farm taking care of all the animals from horses, cows, pigs, chickens , dogs , cats , turkeys etc. I’m very patient with animals who take more time to get to know new people who come into their lives and I love my senior animals who take a little longer on our walks :) I just moved to Florida from Arizona. This will be my full time job for now until I am able to save up to start my own mobile dog and cat business and hopefully be able to provide grooming services to all my lovely clients I am very reliable and flexible. I make sure doors are secured, food and water are properly handled, and litter boxes are cleaned thoroughly. I keep everything calm and consistent so pets feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I also make sure the home is left clean and as I found it.

About: I have taken care of my own 2 cats for 14 years. I have experience with grooming, nail care, feeding, and litter box care. I have experience in care for cats rangeing from kittens to senior cats. I also have experience with dogs. Living with 3 in the past 15 years. Sizes ranging from medium to large breed. I have also cared for dogs ranging from micro to small. I have experience with toilet training, grooming, and dog walking. I currently work part time. I have more availability at night and late afternoon. However, I am able to move my schedules around if given enough notice, 1 to 2 weeks in advance. I have a pet gate in my home. About: Hi! I'm Charli, and I've been caring for animals in both a professional and personal capacity for several years. I've worked as a bather, groomer, daycare, and veterinary clinic professional for over 5 years, and have experience with all of the following animals: dogs (all sizes), cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, fish, pigs, lizards, birds, & more! I most enjoy house sitting, dog walking, and daytime care, and I am able to travel to the further parts of the Tallahassee metro area upon request. For overnight animal guest needs, I have a home in the Astoria Park area of Tallahassee with a big fenced back yard and 5 animals of my own (2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 ferret). All of our animals are great with other pets and love to meet new friends. If needed, we can also set up a room your pet can have all to themselves. Pet care is my everyday priority! My fiancée works full time from home, allowing me to devote my time to giving our pets and others' pets the care and attention they need (and deserve). I take pet care very seriously and am very attuned to animals' body language. As a veterinary worker, I have been trained to handle any situation in a calm and collected manner. Additionally, I like to ensure proper nutrition, adequate play time and potty breaks, and down time/quiet time when pets are feeling overwhelmed.
