“Lacey is absolutely AMAZING! We would highly recommend. Bella is very timid and shy, which makes her mom very nervous when she has to go away. But Bella warmed up to Lacey right away, and rather then hide came out for love, playing and conversations. Lacey will definitely be our go to. Lacey also did a fantastic job with pics and her visit summaries. Thank you for being awesome.”

“Carmen and Alex were AWESOME! They were on time and did a fabulous job communicating throughout the visits with our very sweet (and shy) cat. They did a perfect job with his food and medicine and he was very happy for the company. I will definitely work with them again for our next trip!”

“As always Molly did a great job with Walter! She was caring and understanding of his little stress responses. If you want someone who is kind and understanding of pets, I HIGHLY recommend her.”

About: Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish are just a few examples of the variety of animals that other families and individuals have entrusted me to care for. I have 5 years of experience walking dogs of different sizes and ages, dog/cat-sitting for extended periods of time, and catering to each pet's individual needs. I have the patience and quick flexibility needed for young pups, and the compassion and detail-orientation needed for senior dogs and cats. You and I want the best for your animal friends, and I am able to diligently provide it! As I WFH, I am available for pet-sitting and walks 7 days a week Sunday-Saturday and can be booked as quickly as one day ahead (same day in special circumstances). I am flexible, responsive and only ask that we act with respect for both your time and mine! Your home and your pets will be treated with the utmost respect, care and dignity. I will follow an exceptional standard of care and will carry out any additional instructions that are communicated to me ahead of time. To ensure this, I offer the option to meet ahead of the booking to go over any details in person and a trial run at no additional cost. I will communicate regularly during pet-sitting periods and after any walks to ensure peace of mind. Trust and a job well done are both important to me!

About: I am a college student that grew up with two dogs, two cats, a rabbit, and a tortoise. I now only have one cat and one dog. I have lots of space for more animals in my life. I would love to walk dogs, and do day visits with dogs or cats. I am a firm believer that dogs and cats get lonely too, and need attention and care when we are away at work. Rather than a professional dog walker with multiple dogs at once, I want to give individual attention to each pet. I am also able to host dogs at my house, and have a separate room for my cats if needed. I am taking summer classes two nights a week but have a very flexible schedule. * My classes start August 25, I am only accepting bookings until then. * I am currently a student. This summer I only have one class twice a week at night, so I have plenty of free time to care for animals! I will update my schedule once I know my classes for the fall semester. I have one friendly dog and one friendly cat. They both love to make friends. Our yard is not fenced in, but it is a large open area in a very quiet neighborhood. I do not let dogs out unsupervised or walk off leash.

About: I have had dogs for 24 years, as well as professional experience as a dog walker and pet sitter. I am great with dogs of all sizes and temperaments - nothing scares me. I have several dogs with medical and hospice needs, and am comfortable caring for dogs with health problems. I have a flexible schedule and am able to fit in your pet whenever you need! As a pet owner myself, I know just how much walks and visits mean to your furry family, and I will always be on time and give your dog the attention it deserves. I can watch your pets in your home or mine. I have a fenced-in yard and friendly dogs to play with (I do also have cats). I can also keep your dog(s) separate from my own if you’d prefer.

About: I have experience caring for a wide range of animals—including cats, dogs, fish, guinea pigs, chickens, and bunnies—and I bring compassion and attentiveness to every pet I look after. As a dedicated student currently applying to veterinary schools, my passion for animals drives everything I do. You can trust that your pet's well-being will always be my top priority. When I am not at the veterinary clinic, I am with the animals I am pet sitting or walking. I give plenty of time for enrichment and to let them feel at home and loved. This involves more than an hour of enrichment plus feeding in the mornings before I head off to the clinic, an hour for exercise in the afternoon, and then I spend my evenings with my four legged friends after work. I don't host animals in my own house, but I am more than happy to stay overnight at your house so your animals are more comfortable in their own environment.

About: I have owned, loved and cared for many dogs, cats, birds, hamsters and rabbits since I was very young. I take pride in my work! I currently work full-time days, but have a little bit of time early mornings before work, and have plenty of time after work and nights, and weekends most of the time. We have fenced in yard with plenty of space for running, playing. My family members and I love pets. I pay special attention to detail.

“Mia was super great! She kept me informed of her visits with Ellie and I know she had a great time based on the photos she sent. She looked so happy and content during her playtimes. I would love to have Mia come take care of Ellie again soon!!”

About: Hey y'all! I am Sasha, dog mom to Aurora, Barley and Lotus! I'm a creative weirdo and fellow nature lover. As a Vermonter, I grew up with an appreciation for taking my dogs on fun adventures in nature! I hope to share these experiences with your pups too and capture their smiling faces! I only use Positive Reinforcement with the dogs, to ensure they have a happy experience! Since graduating from art school at Lesley University, I started painting animal portraits and that is what lead to me to a local pet care company, where my passion for pet care blossomed! I am now fully committed to caring for animals and it’s the most rewarding experience to connect with each dog individually. My favorite thing about working with dogs is their abundant joy, patience, and kindness they show us. I believe humans should be more like dogs. They truly deserve the best lives possible. Yes, I’m the one with the snacks in my pocket! I'm available on weekends. I also have some availability during the evenings after 6pm. I currently work as a dog walker and hiker in the Greater Boston area. I prefer to watch dogs and cats in your home. I currently have pets at home with my partner, and they do not like having other pets over.

About: I have always had a passion for working with animals. When I was in high school, I volunteered at animal shelters. During college and a few years after college, I worked at a doggie daycare and boarding facility. I also walked my neighbors dogs as well as did some dog sitting. I love the opportunity to work with different types of dogs because I always find that I learn something new about them. After college, I got my dog training certification. I look forward to working with your pup! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time for your pets after 2pm to give them the care they deserve. I try to cater my care to the type your pet needs. I have a small friendly dog that will keep your pet company during the day. He loves to also go on walks with other dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I could remember, my dad owned a doggie boarding school and I would always be with furry friends, assuring their safety and making sure they are well taken care of. I’ve always been a dog person .🫶🏽 I am Available everyday from 7 am to 10 pm. And after Aug. 10th 4:30 am to 6:30am and 2:30pm-10pm. ( school starts back up) I am well trained to deal with all types of personalities on pups and I am very calm and controlled in hazardous situations. I also have experience training dogs.

About: My husband and I love dogs. We would love to take you dog for runs, walks or playtime in our backyard. Between the two of us, your dog would get lots of attention and activity! We adopted our own fur baby, Bestie in May 2020 and he loves all dogs and will be so excited to host your pup in his home. I would also like to add that I work from home full time and my husband is home a lot during the day. We will spoil your fur kids with attention every day.. you don't need to worry that your dog will be left alone for 8 hours at a time. With our flexible schedules, we can be home with them as much as possible. We have a VERY LARGE fenced in yard! We also have a nice open layout split level home. The finished lower level is nice and cool and a big hit with pets. I work at home full time. I walk my own dog every day at lunchtime and will plan to take your dog with me too. We have a fenced in yard and our own very friendly pup who will greet you at the gate. We will treat your dog like our own.

About: I have always loved dogs, and even though I never owned one I find myself looking up facts, life hacks, tips, and tricks about dog ownership on occasion and would love to own one someday. I often dogsit for both of my aunts, one dog is a fairly young Shih-Poo and the other is an old, kinda cranky cairn terrier who I enjoy looking after. I love all breeds of dog and often pet other peoples dogs if I see them when I'm out and about. Even though I love to pet dogs I understand that some dogs don't like strangers and accept that fact but would prefer to work with friendly dogs. I have a flexible schedule and alot of energy to spare to walk and interact with your dog! I’m working full time most mornings so I can take a dog out for a quick potty early in the day and then again when I come back I love to cuddle and play with animals, I get along with animals better than I do people. I will treat your animal like it were my own

“Debbie is the best dog sitter on Rover! Our pup loves her visits, whether it’s a walk, doggy day care or overnight. She goes above and beyond to make sure he gets exercise, playtime and lots of pets. I highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats for 47 of my 50 years…and many of the other favorites of childhood - hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, fish, birds, even ducks and chickens. I cared for horses for many years in my teens and preteens but not much anymore. Now I live in a small townhome with not enough space for a dog. I occasionally walk friend’s dogs when they’re out of town but I want more dogs to enjoy walks with. My availability fluctuates, I work pet care and dog walks around my schedule. I can do drop-in visits for any pet who needs it or any plant that needs watering. I currently have just a cat and he is a “talker”. He has visitors trained to give him treats when they drop in. He gets into everything and complains if his water isn’t fresh and when the litter box has anything in it. His cat toys are spread out all over the house more than my children’s toys were when they were little.
