About: I grew up with cats, although I only have dogs now. My parents had cats when I was I still remember going to the shelter and picking out “my” cat. She was a very big boned, black, long haired girl who loved attention and put up with my brothers and me. Zoey once got in a fight that ended with her becoming a solely indoor cat after the trip to the vet. I learned how to give her her antibiotics and found ways to get her to take her medication. I promised my parents that I would take care of emptying the litter box, and surprisingly I did. Cat litter has come a long way since then.

About: I've had dogs all my life, various breeds. Learned alot about them over the years. Have 3 dogs currently. I have given dogs medication before I look after dogs every single day all the time. I take care of my dogs needs first before my own so I know that they have everything they need on time and are happy and content. I care and treat other people's dogs as if they were my own and I treat mine as if they are family because they are. I would bring a leash to walk the dog if the owner doesn't have one, have doggie bags, safe dog treats, and during the hot months a little water dish and water in case the dog is thirsty. It's important to always be prepared.

We have two standard poodles, Ivy who’s 7 and about 50lbs and I own Felix who’s about 3 and over 50lbs. I also have a horse, and our first dog was raised by the cats we had before got dogs. Thanks to growing up with animals, then working with horses as an apprentice in Colorado for two years I appreciate the need that dogs have to get outside and get some energy out, or at least some attention so they don't decide to entertain themselves in a different way other ways. I’ve also taken care of parrots and parakeets, rats, guinea pigs, and bearded dragons. I housesat for neighbours and friends often, and occasionally their pets would be there too. Whether the pets are my own, or I am taking care of my friend’s and family’s pets, I have had the responsibilities of feeding, cleaning, walking, and taking care of dogs and cats of various ages and sizes. I love bonding with pets and creating a safe space for animals. I am a teacher on summer break, so throughout August I have a lot of availability! I will also be available on evenings and weekends throughout the school year. While being there for your pets in your home, I will provide the best care and play that your pet requires! I am good at following clear directions, communicating with other people, and ensuring that all people and animals are happy at the end of the day.

About: I have taken care of dogs for the last nine years. I don’t have lots of cat experience, only through friends. I have lots of knowledge! I am currently working off hours in plumbing, so I am available during the day some days on the weekdays and during the afternoon after 4 on working days and full time weekends. I will follow rules and boundaries that you have for you pet. If you have a special diet, specific schedule and or any other needs.
