About: I have personally owned dogs as long as I can remember. From Rottweilers to Chihuahuas. I have dog sat numerous times, between boarding at my house and house sitting at a client’s home. I’m a true dog-lover at heart. I love dogs in all shapes and sizes. They are the most loving and most loyal. They really are better than most people! Lol. I have a sweet, energetic, laid-back, one and a half year old mini poodle. I also have a 3 year old hedgehog, but since he’s nocturnal and likes to keep to himself, pets don’t interact with him. He’s caged in my room and will be out of the way. I also have experience in taking care of senior dogs including: administering meds, feeding picky eaters, helping with potty breaks, helping with walks, etc. I have personally trained all of the dogs that I have owned. I have lots of puppy experience and don’t believe in “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.” as I have also trained older dogs that I have rescued. I currently work from home and I am usually off by late afternoon/early evening. I can be home with your baby. We can play and take as many potty breaks as needed. I also don’t work on the weekends and like to fill my weekends up with fun activities! I have a fenced in backyard and a safe neighborhood to go on walks. Your doggo would have complete freedom of the house (as long as I’m home, of course). Doggies are allowed on the furniture and allowed to sleep with me. If they are crate trained, of course that’s okay too.

About: I have had dogs since I was a kid and I couldn’t imagine life without them! I have helped family members, friends and neighbors care for their dogs over the years. I enjoy walking and playing with our dog and will include your sweet baby in our family walks and play! My backyard is safe and secure and has plenty of room for dogs to play and run! I have a doggie door and have found that dogs figure out how to use it with ease, if they don’t have one at their home. My grandchildren are here periodically and are also dog lovers! I’m currently working part time, 3 days per week, 4 hours per day. My dog and I walk about 3 miles, most days. The rest of the day is spent with her following me around and helping me with my chores, even help me go potty!!! I have a fully fenced yard with room to play. I currently have 1 dog, she’s a silver lab and is about 9 years old. She’s a good girl, most of the time! My dog gets dog treats on our walks and throughout the day. She currently eats twice per day, 6 am and 5:30 pm. We are able to adjust schedules for your dog, if necessary.

About: I have owned dogs cats and horses for over 20 years! I volunteered at a therapeutic animal ranch for 4 years and enjoy being around all animals. I love jogging and walking, and anything outdoors. I am able to administer medication and care for senior animals as well. I currently work part time however my schedule allows for a lot of flexibility as I am able to pick up and drop shifts. I am willing to travel as well. I have 3 acres of fully fenced yard where your babies can run and play. Pets are allowed and encouraged to sleep on the bed!

About: Currently, only taking overnight guests (boarding in my home) on a case-by-case basis. Please ask. I have a new rescue puppy who is very shy. I have been around pets all my life. I've looked after my own and friends' and family's animals specifically cats and dogs. I will give lots of time, personalized attention, walks and love to your pet while you are away. I offer in-home pet sitting in my home in town, or in your home depending on your location. This personalized and individualized care compared to boarding or kenneling seems to be preferable for happy pets and owners. I'm fully retired and while I enjoy the outdoors -- hiking and walking, camping and fishing, I also have plenty of time to devote to caring for pets whose owners are busy or away. My yard is fully fenced and conveniently located in the town of Westcliffe. If boarding, your pet would be allowed to treat our home like its own. If in your home (within a reasonable distance), scheduled visits will meet your specific requirements such as play time, short walks and feeding schedules.

About: Our family had dogs since I was a young boy; I've had many since then. I've also trained them. We also had fish, hamsters, birds, reptiles and lizards as pets. Some 15 years ago, one of my dogs went blind... I cared for him for 10 yrs after that until he passed away. He never left my side. A few years ago, I got another dog but she died of cancer last year. At the moment, I don't have a dog (she died) but I have 5 cats. I do rather well with both and my cats are quite used to dogs. I used to live on a ranch where we raised Arabians; I was responsible for feeding & caring as many as 18 horses. When I was younger, I rode often and played polo. My father passed 10 yrs ago and his wife sold our ranch. I am available to feed horses provided that I'm paid the time it takes to travel back and forth. I am available for cat/dog sitting & feeding. If you need dog boarding, please let me know if you pet gets along with cats. I work from home, so I am a home quite a bit. I also have a flexible schedule, and this can be accomodated to work around certain issues or conflicts. Please contact me with any questions, concerns, or comments. I have a large (unfenced) yard, but I am willing to take your pet on walks in my neighborhood, as needed. I live one block away from a park. I am home quite often, so your pet will rarely be left alone. I am available for drop-ins, visits, or even overnights.

About: I'm an avid dog lover and aspiring dog trainer ready to commit and dedicate my time to dogs in my spare time, hoping to eventually transition it to a full time business. I have kennels in the backyard and plenty of space for them to run and plenty of water for them to hydrate!

About: I’m very experienced in taking care of dogs and dealing with difficult behaviors. I do have dogs of my own that are very comfortable and familiar with all kinds of dogs. I am currently a stay at home mom that has lots of time on her hands and I never leave the house unless it’s to walk my own dogs. I am open to using a crate or letting dogs free roam as long as there isn’t a lot of aggression. I have two very big crates that can be used unless you would like to provide your own. I ask that you provide their food and treats but I will provide bowls leashes and toys.

About: I have a genuine love for dogs shaped by years of caring not only for my pets but for a neighbors, friends, and anyone else. I am currently working full time with a hybrid schedule. I have two and half days working remotely so I can devote all my attention to them during that time. I am also off on the weekends as well. When I have a dog coming over to my home, I make sure they feel welcome and comfortable right away. I provide plenty of space for them to relax, fresh water, and following their feeding routines. I ensure regular potty breaks and playtime, so they are active and happy. I also make sure to follow any specific instructions from the owner to maintain their usual schedule, ensuring they feel at home. In my clients' homes: I treat their home and pet with the utmost respect, sticking to the pet's regular routine to minimize stress. I make sure to give the pet the same attention, exercise, and care they would get with their owners, including regular walks, feeding, playtime and any other specific needs. My goal is to make the pet feel loved and comfortable.

About: During college I volunteered at animal shelter, realizing how much I adored dogs and cats! I learned how to support senior dogs, puppies, administer meds, and help dogs with trauma. I ended up adopting my soul dog from there and she was with us for 10 plus years. She was on meds for the last 2 years of her life! We recently lost our German Shepard after 11 years, so our house is happy to support your babies. I am a stay at home mom, so I have the ability to love your pet all day! I run, so can take your pet for jogs. We have a great dog run backyard area, with a doggy door so your pet has access to potty too! I’ve watched dogs for friends for years, and our dog Thor would love some company! I am a stay at home mom, to our toddler, and my husband works from home! We have all day to help support your pups needs, and we don’t leave the house too often. We walk Thor, our dog, 2-3 times a day, and he has access to go outside whenever he’d like. We have a fenced dog run, back yard, a doggy door, and minimal stairs. We have plenty of space up and downstairs if the dog wants a break or likes to decompress! We both work from home, and when we leave our dog, we want them to be loved and safe so we want to provide that environment for you.
