Upon leaving, she gave us a FOLDER with a ridiculously cute lil post card type picture of Mesa that she took and a report card (grade A+) with many notes about Mesa’s stay. Totally not expecting that—very nice touch. :) above and beyond. We will board again with her and wish her and her business great success.”
