About: I’ve taken care of dogs of various kinds since I was 10. Friends, family and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed and play with their pets. Currently I work on a 10 month contract. Therefore I have summer off so I have plenty of time to provide pet care to those in need of such services. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a child. I grew up on a farm and had to care for the family pets. I have watched a plethora of dog breeds for a night, weekend, week, or just to check in. I have experience clipping nails, bathing, and administering medications. I am also an outdoor enthusiast who is extremely patient, so I will take your dog out on the trail (if ok) and let them smell things as long as they want and provided it is safe to sniff! I will always make sure to do the best I can to leave your fur-babies safe, happy, and comfortable. Animal behavior and training is something I've always been interested in, so I'm always looking to learn more about up to date training methods as well as the best ways to take care of my pets and the ones in my care! I'm currently working Saturday-Monday 7-7 so my schedule stays pretty flexible on my days off (Tuesday-Friday). Tuesdays I can offer limited availability (7am-1:30pm) Wednesday-Friday I can make just about anything work as long as it leaves time during the day to visit my horse :) Any time I'm caring for a family dog or any pet, I'll freshen their water, make sure they've been fed (and that they ate all their food) and that their behavior is normal. If I Iet them out to use the bathroom I'll keep an eye out to make sure everything looks normal and healthy and that they're not acting unwell. If they're interested, we'll play a little bit before I leave. Same routine for cats, except instead of taking them out to go potty I'll clean their litter box.
