“Cindy was fantastic. I could tell she really cared for my cat while I was away. She took time to play with her and sent lots of photos with updates. Will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family!! Five stars!!”

About: I have lived with, loved, and cared for dogs my entire life; I am no stranger to their habits and needs, which go beyond the simple necessities of food and water. I provide a safe and happy home for my own pets and will extend that same level of care to any dog that I look after. I work from home, so I can give them all of the attention they need, from playing in my half-acre yard, to just sitting together on the couch. Inside there is a comfy couch for sitting, and spacious rooms areas that can be sectioned off if a dog needs some privacy or special attention. You can also find me on Instagram, username thedogswillplay along with many happy and adorable clients.

“Great pet sitter! She sent pictures every visit and my cat loved her!”

“This was my first time using a stranger to care for my pets. Rover.com did not disappoint tho! Corey is so nice and was VERY good at communicating with me before her visit with my kitty, Butters. She checked in when she got there, and then sent me pictures of Butters in good health and looking very happy. Butters says Corey is great at playing and petting! I say Corey is professional yet friendly, and extremely accommodating with me getting keys to and from her. I will be using her again and highly recommend her.”

“This was our first experience with Rover and it was a great one. Kathy did a Fantastic job. We were always well informed about how our pets were doing while on our vacation out of the country and we felt confident that they were being well taken care of in our absence. I would highly recommend her and we will definitely be requesting her services again on our next vacation. Thank you!!”

“Madeline responded almost immediately to my last-minute request for a cat-sitter. She quickly set up a meet and greet asap to meet our two cats and find out their routines. I found her to be very pleasant and reliable. She sent photos daily of our cats while we were gone. It was a nice reminder they were in good hands and were well take care of. I would highly recommend Madeline!”

“Maria had drop-in visits to care for our 2 senior cats while we were away for the weekend, including giving one of the cats an oral medication. She was communicative, prompt, sent detailed updates and lots of photos! My shy cat who takes time to warm up to people didn’t go into deep hiding as she has done in the past with other pet-sitters. It was lovely to go away and know our cats were in good hands.”

“Caring, conscientious, totally reliable and responsive -- we were so fortunate to connect with Hailly.”

About: Being raised on a farm in California, no animal, or even the occasional reptile, big or small, hasn’t crossed my path at least once. While I was raised around larger breeds, my family often rescued smaller breeds & cats that were left on our ranch. All of our pets had amazingly long, healthy, well-loved lives. Moving out to NY, I was blessed with the opportunity to be introduced to a Purple Heart Veteran & his Service Dog. Learning how to give certain commands & make sure that the dog knew I was an Alpha in the pack, was crucial. As a 45 year old, I carry a bit more responsibility, love & understanding of dogs. Looking forward to loving your fur baby as you do. Currently, I work hybrid, so I can flex my schedule to fit your pets needs. I do ask for an introductory session so that your pet feels comfortable with me. Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot offer boarding services in the area I live in. I’m available for in-home services within your home with an introductory session with your pet(s).

“Couldn’t ask for a better sitter!”

18. Elizabeth S.
“So I work kind of crazy hours cause I work in a kitchen Elizabeth has come over countless times to take Roxie (my crazy dingo) out for me. She's watched her over night a time or two when I've had to go out of town and couldn't take my dingo with me . Elizabeth knows exactly how to handle my crazy dingo and all her loving and exercise she needs and her love for sticks and pinecones . Roxie loves her too she will drag me to go see her and always runs and jumps into her arms (literally) and she responds really well with Elizabeth I love knowing Roxie is in good hands when she comes over for her.”
