“Maria had drop-in visits to care for our 2 senior cats while we were away for the weekend, including giving one of the cats an oral medication. She was communicative, prompt, sent detailed updates and lots of photos! My shy cat who takes time to warm up to people didn’t go into deep hiding as she has done in the past with other pet-sitters. It was lovely to go away and know our cats were in good hands.”

As an example, a Monarch flew into her home late last fall and instead of trying to shoo it back out into the cold, she went online and discovered it was a male and promptly named him George Louis. Then she researched what and how to feed George Louis and he happily lived with her for two months until the end of his lifespan. Only Sarah would put the time and care into nurturing this beautiful butterfly. She’s like Dr. Doolittle. In fact, the only one who is perhaps more fanatical about animals is me with my dog, Annie. About: I grew up with a black lab and a brown lab and they were perfect family dogs. They passed when I was young, but about ten years later I finally got my own dog. His name is Rizzo and he’s a 6 month old husky. I’m also fostering a 10 year old JRT-Chihuahua mix. I work part time at Panera and am going to school at ECC. I’m mostly taking online classes and I only work at nights so I’m home most of the time during the day Your dog(s) will always be leashed when outside and given my full attention under all circumstances. The safety of your pet(s) is my main priority.

About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, and sizes for over 15 years. I offer training for puppies as well. I work from home full time so I have a very flexible day that your pet would fit into perfectly! I am always fully available on the weekends as well. I have a 2 year old female corgi who loves all animals! She is a great companion to all pets. I have an acre of property for your baby to frolic on, a beautiful three season room if they need a little quiet time.
