“Stari was so patient with our little puppy that had separation anxiety for awhile after we left. Sounds like when he settled down he enjoyed cuddling with her a lot the rest of the day. He was happy and in a great mood when we picked him up. Stari also was excellent at commication both before and during his stay. Really great experience, would highly recommend Stari!”

“Whitney was super flexible with us and was great at communicating while we did some non-dog friendly hikes. Will definitely trust her again with our Luna any time we visit the area.”

About: Hi, I’m Virgo (formerly Jeremy)! I’ve been dog sitting my friends’ dogs for about 10yrs, and working for a dog trainer for about 2yrs. (My parents tell me I’ve loved dogs my whole life, but I can only partly confirm.) A few things I like about dog sitting is discovering their personalities and learning how to interprete and anticipate their needs. I’m not intimidated by high-energy/high-intelligence dogs either! I like the challenge of keeping up with them. It also tricks me into staying active and feels less ridiculous than Zumba. 🤷🏽♂️ If there’s anything else you wanna know just ask? Uhh, this thing says I’ve gotta write 50 more words to move on so I’m just gonna keep typing stuff until the limit runs out I guess? I’m a substitute teacher, so my schedule is highly flexible! I try not to schedule subbing jobs during engagements, but they overlap seamlessly when it does happen. I live alone with a fully enclosed backyard and space for a crate if needed! I prefer to sit in the pet’s home though because I like to keep your pet’s routine and environment familiar to make them most comfortable!

“Lucy was awesome. She sent me pictures so I could see how echo was doing and kept an eye on him. I was a little disappointed that he wasn't happier to see me when I came to pick him up lol but I guess that's a good thing XD he seemed to have had a great time. She was very welcoming and her dog is super friendly. 10/10 I would highly recommend her and if I'm in need of a dog sitter again I will definitely be sending her a message.”

About: I’ve had animals since I was a kid and have fostered numerous pets (mostly cats). I have accommodations for dogs and cats with safety being my top priority. I only work 2-3 days of the week. The days I watch pets are days they have my full attention. If they are active pets, playtime, parks, and hikes it is! If they are more mellow, then binge watching TV and cuddles is the name of the game. I have a fully fenced back yard with a dog house and runner line if a dog is a known escape artist. I have doggy gates and a sectioned off area for cats security and privacy.

“Jamie and Katarzyna were great! They were super professional and attentive, they asked great questions and obviously cared a lot about my pet’s experience with them. Their place was fun, friendly, and safe for our 8 month old puppy. Their dog was also excellent and was a great playmate. He will be spending more time with his new friends there soon!”

About: I've had animals all of my life. My parents kept getting me more animals because they said as long I was taking good care of them, then I could get more. I would keep journals about their well being( Funny, I know) The point is, I love animals. I have had dogs, puppies, cats, lizards, hamsters, chickens, horses, ferrets, and chameleons, I have 2 dogs of my own and they are my children. It's of the utmost importance to me that any animal under my care feels very loved, and taken care of. I know it can be traumatic being away from your animal, and it can create anxiety. I will do my best to make sure your baby is feeling good and happy! I currently make my own schedule and own my own massage therapy business. The further in advance I know about the sitting job, the more of a chance I will have of being able to clear my schedule for it. My schedule is pretty flexible! I will follow the directions you give me to a T. I know our animals get used to routine, so I will do my best not to disrupt that routine. I am hands on, and want to make sure any animal I care for feels loved and paid attention to.

“Kelly has a genuine love and sensitivity for all animals, as evidenced when she horsesat for the "love of my life" Jasmine Flower. Not only did she accomodate my older mare's special feeding and medication needs, but she was available to do so on very short notice for over a week when I had to leave town on an emergency.”

“Anne has taken care of our very active and sensitive Border Collie along with our two cats and sizable garden. She follows all of my care instructions beautifully, including a specialized diet for our dog. The garden is thriving when we arrive home and the animals are happy. She often sends photos of the animals which is a nice comforting touch. Knowing Anne is taking great care of our pets and home, allows us to fully enjoy our vacations. She has cared for our animals many times… I’ve lost count how many. I highly recommend her services.”
