About: I am a professional dog walker and pet sitter with over twenty years of hands on experience caring for animals. I recently moved to Suffolk County, New York from the Upper West Side of Manhattan after closing my small business in the city. Long Island has been an amazing change for us and we truly love being here. Animals have always been a huge part of my life and have shaped my career for more than two decades. Now that I work from home, I find myself really missing the daily connection with pets. I am certified in pet grooming and have experience in animal behavior as well as light training. I love teaching dogs fun tricks like giving kisses and building trust with them through patience and consistency. I also have experience working as a veterinary technician and receptionist, which has given me a strong understanding of animal health and communication with pet owners. I still maintain several wonderful clients from my time in Manhattan and I am excited to grow my services here in Suffolk County and meet new dogs and their families. About This Sitter Animals have always been my passion for as long as I can remember. I never imagined how far this path would take me, but I truly cannot picture myself doing anything else. Caring for pets feels natural and rewarding to me, and I am grateful every day to be part of their lives. Why I Love Dog Sitting I have loved dogs since the first time I was able to have one of my own. The more I learn about different breeds and personalities, the more my appreciation grows. Every dog has its own temperament and charm, and getting to know them is one of my favorite parts of this work. Meet My Pets In loving memory of Miah. Jenna is currently my active little companion. They are two beautiful Chihuahuas who have filled my life with joy and laughter. About My Home We live in a small four bedroom house in Coram with a backyard that offers space for fresh air and outdoor time. My Experience Administering Medication Yes. I am comfortable giving oral medications only. Pet care fits into my routine very naturally because I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available most weekdays and weekends, especially afternoons and evenings. Since I am home often, I can provide consistent attention, walks, feeding schedules, and check ins without rushing. I live in a small four bedroom home in Coram with a backyard where dogs can safely get fresh air and supervised outdoor time. Inside the home, pets are never left unattended for long periods and I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully. I have over twenty years of experience working with animals, including veterinary office experience, so I am very observant of behavior changes and health concerns. I also have one senior toothless small house dog who is gentle and used to other pets, but I always introduce animals slowly and respectfully based on their comfort level.
About: I have been around animals and pets my whole life. I love learning the best way to treat and handle my furry companions. My number one goal is keeping my furry companions safe, healthy and happy. My day starts and ends with caring for them in the best way possible. I make sure pets are being fed the best food possible and making sure they are comfortable in our home. I make sure that when I am caring for a pet, that they are comfortable with my presence and I never want to overwhelm them in their own environment or in my own. I like to stay in communication with pet owners and want others pets/babies to be as comfortable as they can within my home and presence
About: I have had dogs of different kinds throughout my whole life. Two rhodesian-ridgebacks, one pit bull, and a jack russel. In addition to this I have dog sat for close friends that have a Golden Doodle, A yorkshire terrier and even cats! I am prepared to deal with pet accidents, special instructions, walks, baths, feeding, etc. I am home from college for break until January 10th! I can work any day and I love all animals! I take care of my own dog every day so I am used to anything they throw at us! I got my own dog at 14 years old and am now almost 21. In high school, I woke two hours before I needed to be up for school and took my dog on a walk, then he was fed and taken out again before I left. In the afternoon after School I took my own dog and my family dog out for a walk while my mom was working from home. I bathe my dog on my own and pay for whatever he needs out of pocket. If I were to care for a dog in someone else’s home I would play with the dog and be extra conscious of the environment. Also I will take them on walks or runs and feed them when needed!! In the past when I have watched a friend’s dog they usually had instructions and times for me to go. I would do what they asked and stay a little longer to give them some company.

About: For as long as I can remember I have always lived a life surrounded by animals of all kinds. Professionally speaking I am a Veterinary Technician/Assistant at an all cat shelter as well as a part time Veterinary Assistant at an animal hospital. It felt only natural to fall into a career of animal care. I come vetted with tons of different experience- be it handling chickens, kissing cats, walking dogs or hanging out with your cold blooded friends. All of my pets are rescues and with that comes an array of experience with all temperaments and needs. I work full time and would best be able to accommodate visits and walks around my current work schedule. Currently my availability is: Sunday *early AM* and *anytime after 4-5pm* Monday-Thursday *early AM* and *anytime after 7:30-8:30pm* Friday-Saturday *anytime* Between my partner and I we share three dogs and three cats together. We often joke how no one would ever know we have animals in our home outside of their barking because nothing touches the floor in this house without being scooped up. I am very seasoned in efficiently caring for all types of animals and hope to put you at ease that your pets AND your space will be cared for and respected 🤍
About: Hi there! My name is Kevin and I’ve been dog walking and dog sitting for over 10 years. In my experience pet sitting, I would take the dogs on long walks, play fetch, go to a park or even on runs depending on how active the dog is. I would also go over for drop in feedings and bathroom breaks. I’ve been told plenty of times how I must be a dog whisperer since all dogs would gravitate towards me and love me! I am a flight attendant and my schedule will vary monthly but I tend to have mostly similar days & times off with my seniority. I am flexible job permitting and will always find time throughout my schedule to stay active which will be perfect for your dog to accompany on walks. I have experience with small, medium and large dogs. I always do whatever the pet parents request before leaving (leave dog in designated area of the house, wipe feet before entering back into the house, etc.)
About: I’ve been around dogs for basically my whole life and I’ve always loved animals. I’ve been taking care of my own pets- walking, feeding, bathing, training, etc- for as long as I can remember. More recently I’ve taken care of friends pets while their owners are away- including dogs, cats, and a bunny. In these instances I was responsible for checking in on the pets a few times a day to feed them, let them outside, refill water, and give them lots of love and attention. I have also volunteered to dog walk at a few local shelters. I’m currently home from college for the summer and I have a lot of free time. I have a few short trips that are blocked out on my calendar and should be available otherwise. When walking dogs I try to always be aware of my surroundings and be on the lookout for cars, other dogs, or wild animals. My own dog can be a bit sneaky and is a big chewer so I know how important it is to be vigilant when watching dogs. I’ve also had a reactive dog in the past so I’m confident in my abilities to distract and remove a dog from a hostile situation. I’m always interested in learning more about proper pet care and have spent time researching pet safe foods and activities for my own pets. My goal is always to give a pet the best care possible.
About: I am currently a veterinary student pursuing my dream to become a veterinarian. I’ve cared for animals of all sizes and ages for 8 years as both a kennel attendant and a veterinary assistant. I have skills in administering medications. I have pets of my own and I love them endlessly. I am a veterinary student home for the summer. Whether you want to take a weekend getaway or a day trip, rest assured that your pet will be in the best hands. Pet care is my career, so I take it seriously and I will treat your pets as my own. I will make sure to play with your pet throughout the day to stimulate their enrichment. If you have a pup, I’m more than happy to take them on walks or play outside when the weather permits and the yard is fenced. Potty breaks are essential and if there was an accident prior to me getting there, I will make sure to properly clean it so that you can relax after your long day
About: What sets me apart is my commitment to providing reliable, attentive, and personalized care tailored to each dog’s needs. I prioritize consistency, safety, and clear communication, so pet parents feel fully confident while they’re away. I work three days a week at my primary job, which gives me ample flexibility to dedicate focused time to the pets I care for. On my days off, I’m available for walks and/or drop-ins. I offer both dog walking and drop-in visits in your home, designed to keep your pets happy, active, and comfortable in their own environment. I treat each pet like my own and follow your instructions carefully to maintain their routine and reduce stress while you’re away.
“Lisa and Micheal are the most fantastic and reliable people. Our animals were treated with the highest level of care. They go above and beyond. They are very likable people.”
