About: For as long as I can remember I have always lived a life surrounded by animals of all kinds. Professionally speaking I am a Veterinary Technician/Assistant at an all cat shelter as well as a part time Veterinary Assistant at an animal hospital. It felt only natural to fall into a career of animal care. I come vetted with tons of different experience- be it handling chickens, kissing cats, walking dogs or hanging out with your cold blooded friends. All of my pets are rescues and with that comes an array of experience with all temperaments and needs. I work full time and would best be able to accommodate visits and walks around my current work schedule. Currently my availability is: Sunday *early AM* and *anytime after 4-5pm* Monday-Thursday *early AM* and *anytime after 7:30-8:30pm* Friday-Saturday *anytime* Between my partner and I we share three dogs and three cats together. We often joke how no one would ever know we have animals in our home outside of their barking because nothing touches the floor in this house without being scooped up. About: I’ve been around dogs for basically my whole life and I’ve always loved animals. I’ve been taking care of my own pets- walking, feeding, bathing, training, etc- for as long as I can remember. More recently I’ve taken care of friends pets while their owners are away- including dogs, cats, and a bunny. In these instances I was responsible for checking in on the pets a few times a day to feed them, let them outside, refill water, and give them lots of love and attention. I have also volunteered to dog walk at a few local shelters. I’m currently home from college for the summer and I have a lot of free time. I have a few short trips that are blocked out on my calendar and should be available otherwise. When walking dogs I try to always be aware of my surroundings and be on the lookout for cars, other dogs, or wild animals. My own dog can be a bit sneaky and is a big chewer so I know how important it is to be vigilant when watching dogs. I’ve also had a reactive dog in the past so I’m confident in my abilities to distract and remove a dog from a hostile situation. I’m always interested in learning more about proper pet care and have spent time researching pet safe foods and activities for my own pets. My goal is always to give a pet the best care possible.

About: I have had dogs of different kinds throughout my whole life. Two rhodesian-ridgebacks, one pit bull, and a jack russel. In addition to this I have dog sat for close friends that have a Golden Doodle, A yorkshire terrier and even cats! I am prepared to deal with pet accidents, special instructions, walks, baths, feeding, etc. I am home from college for break until January 10th! I can work any day and I love all animals! I take care of my own dog every day so I am used to anything they throw at us! I got my own dog at 14 years old and am now almost 21. In high school, I woke two hours before I needed to be up for school and took my dog on a walk, then he was fed and taken out again before I left. In the afternoon after School I took my own dog and my family dog out for a walk while my mom was working from home. I bathe my dog on my own and pay for whatever he needs out of pocket. If I were to care for a dog in someone else’s home I would play with the dog and be extra conscious of the environment. Also I will take them on walks or runs and feed them when needed!! In the past when I have watched a friend’s dog they usually had instructions and times for me to go. I would do what they asked and stay a little longer to give them some company.

About: Hi there! I’m Jess, a college educated writer and pet sitter who loves puppers. I’ve been working with animals of all sorts since I was 6 years old and volunteered on a farm, and I have experience with every dog from chihuahua to mastiff (the mastiff was mine!). I honestly love dogs, and everyone always says I’m great with animals- so why not spend some time with dogs during my free time? I’m gentle with my approaches, and on top of pet sitting I am a nanny- so I can handle any situation thrown at me! I also have experience as a life guard and in CPR and First Aid. I’ve never had a complaint, and I purely believe that’s because I love dogs, cats, and animals in general. I have a dog and a lizard so I’m always feeding/playing with/walking/grooming/cuddling someone! My dog gizmo is very energetic and a little bit difficult, so I’m comfortable with those more challenging cases. I also know reptile and cat care, as I’ve owned cats, lizards, and snakes—I grew up on farms lol I walk gizmo 2-3 times a day, feed him twice, give him medication, and play for at least 30 mins. I also bathe him and clean him after our walks.
