Her communication was excellent—she sent daily pictures and kept us updated on how his day was going, which meant so much to me. It was clear he felt completely comfortable and at home—honestly, he didn’t even want to leave! Her fenced-in backyard was a huge bonus and gave him plenty of space to play safely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bernice is the only person we’ll be booking with going forward!”

She created a safe, loving and clean space for them... allowing them to thrive. Truth be told, I'm kind of jealous that they "took to her" so quickly and didn't miss me more (our first time separated in 11 years). Knowing Dominique was taking such great care of them, made the stressful time I was going through easier to manage. There communication was excellent and informative. My dog who is usually stressed in rush situations and gets sick, came home happy, healthy and rested well. Items I had forgotten like his blanket were provided by them for his comfort. I received pictures of his daily activities from nap time to playing in the back yard with some new friends. My dog was not ready to come home when being picked up and that's exactly the kind of stay I was hoping he would have.
