About: I've been around dogs and cats my whole life. Most recently I trained a dog to mush. She is now living with my mother as a service dog for her social anxiety. My friends often lean on me to house and pet sit. I have a lot of experience with dogs who don't play well with other dogs or have some other kind of triggers. I am a tree planter and professional climber. My schedule is very flexible so I will be able to take care of your fur babies or just your house anytime 👍 Safety is a core value of mine in any aspect of my life. About: Dogs and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have always had dogs and cats growing up. I also spent a large part of my childhood on my grandparent's farm where there was never a shortage of dogs, cats, and other farm animals. My most memorable pet growing up was a beautiful German Shepard, her name was Jade and she lived to be 14 years old. She and I spent a lot of time together, its safe to say she was my best friend. In my adult life, I have been missing the companionship and love that animals offer. I have not yet had the opportunity to get another pet since I have traveled extensively over the past 10 years. Upon moving to Victoria I have no plans of leaving any time soon and since I am a student Rover works well with my schedule. Im currently in school Monday to Friday 8:00am - 12:30pm to become a professional counsellor and my schooling is done via zoom. I am looking for house sitting/ dog walking jobs in the North Vancouver/ Lynn valley area. I am very professional, organized, clean, respectful, and mature! I have a huge heart for animals and I take their safety and comfort very seriously.

About: I have 10 plus years experience owning a dog and dog sitting for family and friends dogs. My dog is very active so I ensure we get out for 2 shorter walks each morning and evening to do their business and a longer afternoon walk rain or shine. We have had many great experiences having dogs stay with us. Must get along with our dog and be good with kids (we have 3 young kids). Dogs must be potty trained and adaptable to staying in our home (unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs with anxiety/ separation anxiety as we have kids and a dog of our own and do not have the capacity to attend and spend too much time comforting extra attention). Work casually. I work around my partners schedule. I sometimes work evenings and weekends. I try not to book work if we have dogs staying with us to focus on the dogs. Between both of us someone is always home with the dogs. Semi fenced yard. If your dog is larger and or tries to escape they may be able to jump over the gate. Our dog never tries to but we usually take dogs we are caring for on leashed walks for the outside business. Trail walks in afternoon (prefer off leash but can do leashed walks if required). Cannot walk a larger dog that pulls and tugs on leash as I cant keep control of those dogs. We often allow dogs on couch and have had some on our bed - no longer allowed as we've had accidents and no longer can accommodate your dogs on our beds. Please send their own dog bed.

About: Perfect space for pets to come hang out. 1/2 acre beautiful yard with lots of cedar trees and racetrack. I am currently available fulltime. I am an automotive technician and build custom kitchens. I love to camp, fix, collect and repair projects. Raised with a dalmation my younger life. I can whisper all dogs so they are calm and happy. I love cats. Just me in a 5 bed 3 bath home after selling in Vancouver and moving to the Island. Im youngest of 5 kids with parents that are amazing! Dogs are always super happy to be here! They can explore the huge backyard any time! Im in this to spend more time with animals! I'm available full time to care for pets. Any work I do outside the home I limit too no more than 4 hours! I will bring pets along everywhere I go generally! Pets get the luxury of free roam in my home! They have a big fenced backyard to roam and play. As long there recall to come back inside when asked they get full privilege of going in and out as much as they want! After years of caring for animals I've learned so many safety strategies and precautions!

About: We are a Young active family with plenty of yard space. Living in a rural setting which backs on to green space with abundant trails for dog walking. Quiet home with my husband, young playful black lab and kitty. We love animals and would love to help care for a well behaved pet. I am a nurse working with seniors in our community and Evan is a fishing guide during the summer season. We have both come from homes that love animals, especially dogs. We actively work with our lab to get him to be the most well behaved doggy on the block by regular exercise and training to do tricks. We love going out on nice long walks and playing out in the yard. Our pup would also love a companion to play with.
