About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with four dogs and two cats of my own. I have personal experience with senior dogs and cats, kittens and puppy’s, and animals who need a little extra care and patience as I currently have a dog that struggles with severe anxiety. I truly understand the feeling of viewing your pets as family and that every animal has their own unique needs and personalities. I’ve worked at Petsmart and cared for a wide variety of animals, so whether your pet is shy, playful, young, or a senior I’m ready to help. I’m excited to offer a service I genuinely love and providing trustworthy, loving care for your pets while you’re away or just need an extra hand! Pet care is a big part of my daily life, and I’m excited to make it a full time focus. My schedule is very flexible and I’m able to build it around caring for pets, making sure they get the time, attention, and love they need. I follow each pet’s routine and give them plenty of love, play, and attention. I care with patience and always focus on their unique needs. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy!

About: Dog Walking, Sitting & Hiking in the Cowichan Valley! Hi! I’m Rachelle, and I’ve been working with dogs for nearly 15 years — from dog walking and sitting to grooming — beginning in West Vancouver and now happily based in the Cowichan Valley. Whether your pup needs an adventure buddy for trail hikes and park play, or just a calm and cozy companion at home, I’ve got you covered. I specialize in gentle, patient care, and I’ve learned many techniques over the years to help dogs feel safe, relaxed, and happy. Flexible weekday & weekend availability Walks, hikes, playtime, or home hangs — at your place or mine Keeping dogs cool, enriched, and loved through the hot summer months Special care for shy, senior, or sensitive pups Let’s make this summer full of tail wags and fun at all your dog’s favorite spots. Message me to set up a meet-and-greet — I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! – Rachelle M. I am currently working part time so I have lots of spare time to take care in many ways for your pet. I make sure to have lots of patience with every animal I have worked with clients with crating their pet, and calming them before their care giver gets home, feeding them, and making sure they have been walked and had a bathroom break

About: I have been pet sitting on and off for the past 15 years. I have looked after cats and dogs mostly. I have a busy household and a dog of my own and aside from my part time job, I'm looking for some side work that I know would be fun and fulfilling for me. I love playing with animals and am usually the first one to ask if I can pet someone's dog. Whatever your needs are, I can take care of them for you and your furry family members. I work part time and my hours are not super consistent. I do book my schedule in advance so it it pretty easy to figure my availability in advance. I can see if I can work with a time that suits you! I can't currently board dogs or cats in my own home at this time as my dog is reactive to other furry animals. I am available for home visits/play time and walks when it suits my schedule. I am respectable and tidy and leave places how I find them (if not tidier).

About: I love dogs/cats and will treat each one of them like my own. I enjoy going for walks around the neighborhood or going on hikes, whatever your pooch will need! I also have my own dog that would love to make some new friends, but if your dog does not like other dogs that is okay too! Can also go for walks over 30 minutes if need be. Rain or shine as well. I have experience house-sitting for dogs big and small and am always surrounded by some kind of animal! I am currently not working during COVID 19 and have very flexible Availablity, and I am willing to travel to either Cobble Hill or Chemainus area as well. Looking forward to speaking to you and your pooch/cat very soon! Have a great day!

“This was my first time using a pet sitting service and Lauren was an excellent introduction. She and my cat Pigeon became fast friends. I will certainly book her again in the future.”

About: In my home I’ve always grown up having pets so pet care has become a passion of mine to make sure they have the best care. Over the years I’ve owned cats, dogs, fish, bearded dragons, hamsters as well as Guinea pigs! I do have the most experience with cats and dogs though. I currently own a Pomeranian, a German shepherd, a chihuahua and a boxer! I currently work full days Monday, Wednesday and Fridays in Shawnigan lake but looking to fill my mornings/evenings on Tuesday and Thursdays as I only work 4 hours those days!
