About: My name is Ann Fuller and I am a professional communicator in my 50s, working at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa. I would love a pet sitting opportunity in Montreal this summer, where my teenage daughter will be doing some dance training. I love animals and have lots of experience pet sitting and fostering, although I am new to the Rover app. I had a wonderful dog, Topsy, for 15 years. I currently have four cats (too many, I know, but a product of a foster fail). I am a home owner myself and would be very respectful of someone else’s home. I love walking, particularly in nature, and would make sure my canine charge has several good long walks each day. We would have great fun together exploring the city! I would be working remotely with a flexible schedule, so my furry charges can stick to their walk schedule and have lots of company! I love animals and have fostered many cats for the Ottawa Humane Society and Spencerville TNR. I also have experience dog sitting in two different cities through the Trusted Petsitter app. One was a large 90+ pound Mastiff/Pyrenee mix in NYC apartment for 10 days during a heat wave — that was an adventure! But we adapted and did lots of short walks instead of longer ones so she could keep cool, and then one long one in the evening before bed. She was such a sweet teddy bear! I would pet sit when traveling to different cities — working remotely while my daughter attends dance training. We started this last year when my daughter was attending a summer dance intensive in New York City. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel, and we did not miss our own pets as much. I would be working from your home, so your pet would have lots of company. But my work schedule is flexible so I can adapt to the normal walk and play routines. We are a lights out by 11 pm kind of family. I will make sure pets follow their normal schedule for food, water and exercise. Snuggle time with a good book is particularly decadent. My daughter and I are quiet people, so shy animals usually come around to us.

Le matin j’ai le temps pour préparer la nourriture et l’eau ,jouer et en après midi refaire la même routine ou sortir avec lui dans le parc. Je nourris les animaux selon l’horaire donner ou dès le réveil je prépare leur nourriture et met de l’eau fraîche filtrer par la suite j’interagis avec eux selon leur humeur,j’ai un grand parc directement en face de chez moi ou je promène mon chat alors dans le cas où c’est chez moi les animaux pourront être actif dehors ou ce reposer à la maison.Il y a des jets d’eau dans le parc ou les chien peuvent s’amuser,un grand espace clôturer pour courir .Il y a également plus de deux cliniques vétérinaires à une distance de marche si nécessaire. Si c’est chez les propriétaires je vais selon leur directives sinon je m’assure que leur animal soit bien nourri,comfortable et s’amuse. Je m’assure d’apporter le nécessaire pour les marches à l’extérieur et j’ai un itinéraire que je peux suivre pour les animaux moin social et timides qui les permet de profiter de l’extérieur.

Au-delà de son expertise en éducation canine, c'est une personne respectueuse et très agréable à côtoyer. Si vous cherchez la meilleure personne pour prendre soin de votre compagnon à quatre pattes, ne cherchez pas plus loin!

Javiera did a great job looking after our elderly cat and our home in Montreal for a few days when we took a short vacation. She was recommended by another sitter and we were happy when she accepted to sit on short notice. She gave Felix his medication and even fried him an egg (a favorite treat). She kept in touch with us. We would definitely recommend this sitter!

Maitena was absolutely fabulous - she stayed at our place and watched our dog, Moka, for ten days, sending us photos and videos throughout our entire trip. We live in a condo and Moka has a lot of energy so dog sitting him requires frequent walks/exercise. Maitena did an excellent job and we loved seeing videos of him hanging out with other dogs at the dog park. Moka also has some separation anxiety but Maitena handled it as a true professional and he seems happier and healthier than ever. We will definitely ask Maitena to dog sit again - hire Maitena, it will be the best decision you make today!

Sarah was so great from start to finish, she shared the cutest photos of her and our furbaby and let us know what they got up to! Ilya watched our 1 year old husky for two weeks while we were on vacation and was a perfect dog sitter! We received pics and updates every day, which made us feel so reassured that our dog was happy and in good hands. As a young husky, our dog needs a lot of exercise, mental stimulation, and firm boundaries, and Ilya was great at following our normal routine and giving her what she needs, and also seemed so patient and loving with our dog. And Ilya also went above and beyond in making sure our home was clean when we got back, which we were very grateful for. We definitely recommend Ilya for pet sitting and we will absolutely book again!
