We had such a wonderful experience! Ranjitha was incredibly kind and took such great care of our dog Joey. He is usually very skittish and takes a while to warm up to people, but he absolutely opened up with her and seemed so happy and comfortable during his stay. He clearly had a great time and enjoyed himself so much! The sweetest part was when we came to pick him up, he actually went back to her to say goodbye and greet her, which is something he normally never does! 🥹❤️ That really showed us how comfortable and happy he was with her. Stefan took amazing care of our senior dog Charlie for a week and a half! I received a ton of pictures and videos of her walks, adventures, and daily activities with Stefan and Bumi. The communication was impeccable. Stefan was also very flexible and respectful of Charlie. For example, he messaged me when Charlie wasn't able to get into his car by herself to make sure it was okay to pick her up and help her in. He also made sure to come home from work at lunch time to let her go pee on the days he was in the office. I will definitely be booking with Stefan again next time we need to leave overnight for something. He clearly loves dogs so much and it was the most comfortable I've felt with someone else watching Charlie ever.
My golden retriever Aki stayed with Wei-Chien and her partner for a month and had such an amazing time that she was sad to leave! This was the best dog-sitting experience I have ever had, pick up and drop off went smoothly, Wei-Chien sent photo and video updates every day, and went above and beyond to ensure Aki was having the best time. I can't say enough great things about Crystal! She took amazing care of my two Golden Retrievers while my whole family was away for a few days.
