She took the time to get to know Moose and understand his personality and energy level, which was especially helpful since he has quite a lot of energy! She kept him entertained with lots of games of fetch and made sure he felt right at home. She also sent us regular updates every day, along with lots of photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind knowing he was happy and well taken care of. Cindy was absolutely amazing with Baelor! From the initial meet and greet, we immediately felt comfortable leaving her in Cindy’s care. Her communication was great from start to finish, and she sent us updates throughout the night so we knew Baelor was happy, comfortable, and being well taken care of. We were getting married that day, and knowing Baelor was with someone we trusted meant we were able to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about her at all. Cindy and her family even went above and beyond by picking Baelor up directly from our wedding in Elora before the reception, which was such a huge help to us on an already very busy day. Bren provided excellent care of my anxious cockapoo over his 10 day stay with her. She was patient and encouraged Jax to integrate with other dogs which he doesn’t have much experience with even though he is 5 years old. I wasn’t concerned at all while I was away as Bren provided frequent updates and had Jax out for many walks and there was also lots of playtime too. At the end of Jax’s stay Bren also provided helpful suggestions for me to try at home to encourage improved behaviours. I highly recommend this sitter as she is very attentive, kind and patient.
