Our Pet Paradise
Hi there, we are Eden and Jacob! Why book one sitter when you can have two? Jacob works from home full-time, and I’m currently in grad school — together, we have plenty of time (and love!) to share with your furry family members. We were an active foster home with the KW Humane Society for over a year and absolutely adore animals of all kinds. We have extensive experience with both energetic puppies/kittens and gentle senior pets, and we’re comfortable administering medications as needed. We’d be happy to help with walks, boarding, or other pet care services — even on short notice! We also have our own vehicles for easy pick-ups or vet visits if required. Thanks so much for considering us — we can’t wait to meet you and your pet! 🐾

Eden and Jacob always take excellent care of my girl.
Eden and Jacob were great! It was a short visit but they made sure to update me consistently on how she was doing which gave me so much peace of mind! Boba seemed very comfortable and was very happy when I came to pick her up, we will be booking again!
Eden and Jacob were wonderful with Percy. They watched him for almost a week and sent me updates everyday. My dog is a senior and requires medication and they were amazing with handling everything Percy required. I would highly recommend Eden and Jacob! Thank you!
Eden and Jacob take excellent care of my little girl. I get daily updates and pictures. If anything seems off with Willow, Eden checks in with me right away to make sure everything is okay. I feel at peace knowing Willow is with such great people. I can enjoy my holidays knowing Willow is happy and cared for.
Eden & Jacob were fantastic to deal with! Our pup was automatically comfortable with them as they are so warm and friendly. They even got dressed up and played with him in the snow!! They were great at communicating and sent photo updates to let us know how it was going. Definitely plan to book them in the future!
Very nice couple. Betty came home exhausted which is a very good sign she had a blast. Would highly recommend Eden and Jacob to look after your fur baby.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine! Jacob works from home, and I am a graduate student, which means we’re available for bathroom breaks and attention throughout the day. We love taking daily walks after work and often explore local hiking trails — we’d be thrilled to have a furry friend join us for those adventures!

When caring for pets in our home, we make sure they feel comfortable and part of the family. We follow your pet’s usual feeding, walking, and bedtime routines as closely as possible to keep them happy and at ease. Our home has a set of stairs leading to the main living area, so pets should be comfortable navigating a few steps. If we’re caring for pets in a client’s home, we respect your space and follow your instructions closely — whether that means sticking to a specific feeding schedule, providing medication, or maintaining your pet’s favourite routines. Our goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well-cared for, no matter where they are! 🐾
A typical day
We genuinely love spending time with animals and always look forward to making their stay fun and active! While we don’t currently have any pets of our own, we enjoy going for daily walks, spending time outdoors, and playing in our backyard. We also live close to Waterloo Park — one of our favourite spots for strolls, fresh air, and a little extra adventure for our furry guests! 🐶🌳
