Dogs are my people!
I’ve been caring for dogs since I was very young. I’ve always loved dogs of all shapes and sizes but I have a soft spot for giant lap dogs like Great Danes! I have experience with walking difficult and reactive dogs. I also have experience with special needs animals. Particularly conditions like diabetes, Megaesophagus, osteosarcoma, enucleation, post surgery care, and giving meds, or subcutaneous injections. It is my goal to provide a home away from home for your fur kid while they’re staying with me. They will be treated with the same love and care with which I treat my fur baby!

Where to begin, I cannot say enough good things! This was the first time I had ever been apart from my dog, so I was incredibly anxious. Melissa was kind and patient, walking me through the steps and answering my (many) questions. Nina just finished her stay and was treated like family. I got photo updates and videos showing her happy, playing, and making new friends. I was honestly worried she wouldn't want to come home! I am so grateful for the amazing care and communication. Highly recommend

Dates de la garde
I work my full time job week days only. I live very close to my workplace and come home for lunch every day. I am available every weekday evening and any time on weekends for walks, check ins, and boarding. In the summer I’m away most weekends but during the mid fall/ winter months I’m home on weekends. If your dog is good in the car and you’d like me to watch them on a summer weekend, they’ll come to the trailer with me! I also have a fully fenced site there!

I have a detached house with a fully fenced yard and a very friendly Great Dane rescue who gets along with all dogs and people.

Depending on your dog’s physical activity level, they will get daily walks (usually a minimum 1.5-2k) , they may also play in a fully fenced yard with, or without other dogs (at dog parent’s suggestion) .They may even go to an off leash dog park, or to the beach for some swimming.
