I'm attentive to their routine, feeding schedule, and any special needs they might have. “We were so lucky to find Jessica! Our dog Suki needs a special kind of boarder, since she can be reactive to both people and other dogs. When we dropped Suki off, Jessica made us very comfortable by listening to everything we had to say about Suki's history and particular needs. She assured us that she would give Suki plenty of time by herself to become comfortable with her surroundings, then gradually introducing her to the other dogs in the house in a controlled environment. It was clear from the start that Jessica had experience with a wide variety of dogs with differing temperments and needs. We received an email update after a day letting us know how she was settling in, and a few days later we had another email update with great photos! Finding a place where we can leave Suki in a caring home environment is just such a relief. We'll gladly use Jessica's services again in the future.”
