“We had never left our 3-year-old cat behind before, so we felt somewhat anxious doing so now. We were turned onto ROVER from friends, and we are very happy to learn of this organization. After an interview, we choose Danielle to look after our cat, Luna. Everyday Danielle sent us a thorough report on Luna’s activity for the day. She also attached pictures of what our cat was up to for that day. Seeing those pictures, helped us feel so comfortable in leaving our cat with Danielle. Our cat does not warm up to strangers, but within a day Luna came out to meet Danielle. She talked to Luna and played games with her using her treats by hiding them. Danielle has a very warm personality and her love for animals is apparent. She easily dealt with the fact that Luna had thrown up during the night. She cleaned the area, and removed the item. She included this in her report. I feel comfortable that Danielle could handle with any situation. I would not hesitate to have Danielle look after Luna again, nor would I hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She loves animals and I t shows.”

About: Throughout my life, I have cared for animals, primarily dogs. I am continually expanding my experience. For eleven years now, I have been vegan, which illustrates my compassion for animals. I have limited working proficiency in French and Spanish. I am looking for extra work outside my regular schedule. About: I love spending time with pets and have been taking care of three dogs since I was a child. I have been pet sitting and walking dogs since the past few years and posses the experience and care necessary for the job. I'm an outgoing individual and have flexible availability throughout the week. I do accept same day bookings near my area as well. I can always spare time for my furry friends. About: I am an experienced dog walker and cat/dog sitter from Chicago, IL! I worked with a private dog walking company as well as providing many years of cat and dog sitting to clients in my neighborhood. I am studying animal welfare at UBC and getting my PhD in dairy cattle welfare, so I am very passionate about animal behaviour and wellbeing. I own two wonderful cats and have worked in a cat clinic administering medicine in the past. I have lots of experience reading cat behaviour and providing companionship for them! I additionally volunteered as a dog walker at a shelter in Chicago for years and was trained on how to walk dogs with behavioural issues. I would love the opportunity to be around dogs more, as I can't have one with my two cats, and am away from the dogs I used to sit in Chicago! I am a current grad student so I have extreme flexibility! I can make almost every day or time work for checking in on or walking your pet. Animals are the ones that make life amazing. I'm currently retired and wish to take care of cats and dogs. Owners worry a lot about there pets and they should not have to. My availability is is most mornings, afternoons and early evening. I’m available for bookings 7 days a week. Unfortunately I cannot any home service. I have 6 cats myself. Dog walking and in house visits only. My pets are truly pampered cats. My vet says I spoil them. As well they are only indoor cats. I grew up with dogs, hamsters and rabbits. About: Having been raised in a family where our dog used to sleep on the same bed as me, I treat them as my siblings. And the same gene is passed to my son as well!! I’m currently working precariously so will have plenty of time to play with your pups. I have a 4 year old toddler who just loves pets and animals in general. The pups will get his company after he’s back from daycare. I’m available for boarding as well. I have a backyard and company of a toddler that will keep him busy and playful. I can also give a room for himself in the crate if needed. My family usually get very cuddly with pets and treats them as equal (sometimes more) so they sleep with us on bed, eat with us and then short pee walk in the morning. I’m usually an early morning person. And it’s followed up with a longer walk later. I have a 6 year old so pick and drop with dog is included. I have a small fenced yard and enough space on the living room to play around and keep them active! We love to play fetch ball, tug of war and more!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since age of 9 and pursuit a professional career do 4 years. I have tons of experience of grooming and caring doggies. I’m a part time groomer and I can easily play with doggies for at least 4 hours per day. So I can easily accommodate most of the doggies play time and potty time. I have a fenced back yard and 2 friendly small doggies who can keep your fur baby accompanied. Me, my husband and my daughter are all pet lovers and we would love to see you fur baby.

My roommate’s husky - they moved away but I took care of him for about 4 years - and I loved going on long walks at the beach, hikes, nature trails and anywhere with lots of room to sniff and play.
