I grew up LOVING dogs but was never allowed one and only grew up with cats & a bearded dragon of my own, so I would only get the chance to be with dogs when it came to friends having them. I currently have a 7-year-old rescue dog who’s been part of my family for five years, as well as a 2-year-old cat—so I’m very familiar with caring for both dogs and cats and all their different personalities! About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since i was a baby, training them or at least trying to since i was a bossy toddler. I love animals and have worked at doggy day cares in the past! I have two of my own dogs and cats that I love with my whole heart. i am very patient, i am great at training and love to run with dogs or snuggle with cats. I am currently a freshman at UC San Diego in La jolla. I no longer have a car but would very willing to take public transport or walk/run to see some adorable animals. My weekend mornings are very open and my afternoons on mon wed thursday tend to be quite free as well! I am very good at calming dogs down, and making sure I do not startle them. I would be happy to kennel/karate a dog if needed, but also sit in the backyard to watch over them for however long. Safety of pets is the number one priority on my list right next to them being hugged and appreciated.
