“Deanne and her husband are wonderful and our pups have fun staying with them. Extremely easy to communicate with and picking up/ dropping off is a breeze. Already a repeat client and look forward to many more stays for our boys when were in the area.”

“Rachel was so amazing to our pup Ryder! She sent us great updates and gave us peace of mind that our boy was left in good hands. He was so loved and spoiled. We will definitely be using Rachel again in the future!”

“Alicia was the best! I knew from our meet and greet that she was going to be great with Tig and of course she was. I had no worries while we were out of town as she sent updates and photos of our Tig often. I can tell he is going to miss his new hangout and all their love & cuddles. I will absolutely book again if I need to in the future.”

“My baby boi loves going to see Tony's family and has been several times. What I love is that Thompson gets excited when we pull up as he wants to go play with his friends. I'll continue to rebook and only great things to say!”

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of our family. Last year, we said goodbye to our English Bulldog after 12 wonderful years, and while my family is not quite ready for another forever pup yet, I am excited to open our home and hearts to other dogs in the meantime. I work from home full-time, so your pup will have lots of attention, care, and supervision throughout the day. I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away, and I'll treat your dog like part of the family. Whether your pup loves playtime, walks, cuddles, or just relaxing company, I'm happy to provide a loving and comfortable environment. I work from home full-time during the work week, which allows me to provide flexible scheduling, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of attention throughout the day. Your pup won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of companionship and supervision while in my care. I’m available for boarding, daycare, and drop-in visits with a schedule that can accommodate most pet needs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in the country on a full acre with a large fenced-in backyard, giving dogs plenty of safe space to run, explore, and play. Our home provides a calm, loving environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed while away from their families. Pets receive lots of supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. I’ll always treat your dog like part of the family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved during their stay.
“Scott & Ashley were wonderful. They took in our dog Kiko and my daughter's dog Ellie, while we were all on vacation in the UK for 10 days. They sent daily updates with photos and they have a great yard for dogs with a fenced in backyard. Scott & Ashley took both dogs for walks twice a day and the although we brought crates for both dogs, they ended up sleeping with both of their boys, which was fine with us and I'm sure Kiko and Ellie loved it! We will certainly contact Scott & Ashley through Rover.com, when the need arises again.”

“Byron and his family were excellent hosts and did a wonderful job keeping Gilbert happy. From the minute I dropped Gilbert off, I knew he would be in good hands. I was kept updated throughout the week with pics and texts, and he answered any questions I had promptly and with assurance. I will definitely have Gilbert board with Byron the next time I need to, and would recommend him as a top sitter.”

“I am so thankful for Joanne and the wonderful care she provided for our 16 yo pup, Ginger! Grateful for the wonderful home environment she welcomed Ginger into while we were gone. Appreciate that she works from home allowing her to be more available to tend to pups’ needs. Joanne kept in touch with us by sending occasional updates and pictures giving us peace of mind the entire trip. Thankful she was able to be flexible when we encountered travel related issues. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!!”

“Moose is always so excited to go to Kim’s house! The second we pull in to the neighborhood, he knows exactly where he is. I know I can always trust Kim to take good care of Moose during his stay. So glad to have found a reliable and trusted dog sitter!”

“Heather is wonderful & took great care of Scout. She was really responsive and sent multiple updates. Scout enjoyed his time with her & her family & is looking forward to his next stay.”

“Katy and DJ are wonderful! They send lots of pictures. We know Emme is in good hands. Love that they work from home and someone is always there. And they let Emme sleep on couch :)”

“This was my first time leaving our dog with ANYONE so I was a bit nervous. Jacob was wonderful! He was very reassuring and accommodating to our needs. He updated me daily on how my dog was doing and sent pictures. I will definitely us Jacob again!”

“Our first time with a pet sitter and our 3 year old cockapoo, Frankie, was in the perfect place. We used to use a a dog boarding business, but she absolutely hated going. Elizabeth provided Frankie with a nice big fenced in yard and other dogs to run around with. She also sent us photos on many days to let us know how Frankie was doing. Could be happier with our experience with Elizabeth.”

“Ashleigh and her family are the absolute best people I have ever found to take care of my little teddy bear named Buddy. He gets so much attention it is wonderful. He’s happy to see me when I come but I think he wants to stay. I think he just wants me to visit and leave so he can be with them. They are absolutely great.”

“Open & easy communication. My dog that is very hesitant of new people went up to Norma automatically and on her own. Norma followed my instructions for medication & being leashed. She eased my anxiety greatly for what I’d consider a worrisome dog (she is a runner) will be using again for our next trip. Thank you Norma!”

“Kaitlyn was amazing! She updated daily and made sure our babies were so well taken care of. She went above and beyond and I’m so grateful we chose to book with her. I will absolutely be booking her for any future needs for our pups.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Burlington
Alyssa was fantastic! This was only our second time leaving our puppy and the first time boarding him, he's got a lot of energy and still very much a puppy so we wanted to make sure we found the right fit for him. Alyssa sent us many pictures and updates and made Gilbert feel right at home, he absolutely loved her dogs too. If we need a sitter in the future we will absolutely be checking Alyssa's availability first. ❤️

Alyssa did a wonderful job watching my dog, Charlie! 🐾 Communication was super easy, and I really appreciated how she kept me updated with photos throughout his stay. Charlie seemed very comfortable, and her own dogs were so sweet too. Overall, I was very happy with the care she provided and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive dog sitter.

Many sitters in WI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
