About: Originally from upstate NY, I spent time working as a professional veterinary assistant in Atlanta, GA while in school. In this role, I worked directly under a veterinarian to monitor, clean, and provide medical check-ups for dogs at local pet centers, while also providing care for other animals at a boarding and daycare resort. With this hands-on experience, I am deeply familiar with dog health, sanitization, and administering medications. I enjoy spending time with dogs, understand how to spot early signs of illness, and know how to keep dogs on a fun and healthy routine. Since moving back to upstate NY, I do part-time work as a tech consultant from home. This allows me to give plenty of attention to your pet, while also providing plenty of outdoor activities. My wife also works from home, which allows her the flexibility to help as well. Our house is situated right next to the D&H Canal trail, and we take regular walks on a daily basis.Whether your dog is a growing puppy who needs attentive care or an older dog who requires a reliable, experienced handler, my top priority is maintaining their health, safety, and happiness while you are away. My wife and I both work part-time from home, which gives us highly flexible schedules to prioritize your pet's care throughout the week. Our daily routine naturally includes multiple walks along the scenic D&H Canal trail, which directly borders our property. Because our work keeps us at home, guest pets enjoy consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of playful companionship. Our home sits far back from the road at the end of a long driveway, offering a very quiet, safe environment. We sit on 10 acres of land, featuring 3 groomed acres for supervised play and 7 acres of private woods. While our yard is only partially fenced, we have two large, fully enclosed decks that are completely fenced in—perfect for safe sunbathing, lounging, and secure outdoor activities. We also utilize a collapsible fence that we can pull out and set up to create customized secure boundaries if necessary. For exercise, dogs are strictly supervised and kept on-leash as we head down the driveway to our private access point for the D&H Canal trail, keeping them completely away from traffic.

About: I’ve been able to train basic skills for families dogs within a day (sit, twirl, lay down). Often times just as a fun activity with the kids. I am keen on following specific directions to help keep your pet within their healthy routine! I am a graduate student, meaning I have more flexibility than most other people. Without the typical restraints of a 9-5, but the eagerness of a student, I am able to provide a wider range of services and support to your family. Families have been trusting me for years with both their children and their pets. I’ve worked in public education and have my fingerprints within the NYS database and have been carefully cleared with a background check.

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, and other pets since I was a little girl. I grew up with cats and dogs (also guinea pigs, birds) and I have a knack for showing them compassionate care and love. They make it easy! I've cared for very young puppies and kittens as well as older animals. I am familiar with medication needs as well as every day care. I'm very detail oriented and take pride in my work! I'd love to help you give the best care possible for your furry family members. I'm an artist and musician so my schedule is flexible! I often need breaks and have time during the day and some nights as well. Nothing better than taking a break to spend time with furry friends, care for them, and brighten their day. I am happy to follow any schedules, needs, or requirements you may have in order to best care for your pet. I am accustomed to pet walking and play, feeding times, rest time, fun times together.

About: I’ve raised two German Shepherds to be great family dogs and am a believer in abundant exercise and socialization to create a great family pet! I’m currently a stay-at-home mom of two daughters and a German Shepherd. My daughters are older now so am looking to fill my time rewardingly. I have a fenced in yard to keep your fur baby safe. I also have an apartment under my house that they can have fun in!

About: I usually work with shy, aggressive or fearful dogs or cats. It can take weeks, months or years to befriend them but when you do it's extremely rewarding, especially when an animal someone deems "dangerous" comes out to be the biggest sweetheart. I have tons of patience and I believe every species of animal deserves love and respect. As humans, it's our duty to be the voices and guardians of the animals in our care. They look to us for comfort, guidance, love and peace. That's why I do anything in my power to donate or volunteer at animal shelters because every animal should know that there's humans out there that actually care about their well being. Working with animals is a great career for me. Update; 8/2020 I’ve been volunteering and working with pets as a professional pet care provider for five years now. Through my journey I’ve learned pet CPR and gained dog training knowledge through Poochpals llc as well as worked as a dog handler at walterspetstyles. I would not be at 29 Hanford anymore due to instability, so I’m moving my business down to NYC before heading to PA. We have multiple fences in house and around the property. Pups are also supervised 24/7 and we have a designated dog room just for them. Back porch is also secured with gates. Dogs aren’t allowed on the lawn without human supervision and a 20ft leash. Lawn is fenced. We have strict safety procedures when it comes down to pets and children.

About: I've grown up taking care of multiple dogs and cats my entire life! I love playing with animals and giving them lots of attention. I enjoy taking dogs on sniff walks and playing mentally enriching games with them! I have often taken care of family and friends' animals throughout the years. I am reliable, punctual, and have a very flexible schedule! I recently moved back into the area and don't have a set schedule, so I have lots of availability! I am available all day every day except for Wednesdays and Saturdays. On Wednesdays I am available in the morning and afternoon until 3 pm. On Saturdays I am available late afternoons and evenings after 3 pm. I will spend a minimum of 30 minutes at your house, providing your animal with whatever care it needs, as well as lots of love and attention! I will take them on long walks, play games with them in the house, or even cuddle with them during their rest time, if that's what they like.

About: Hello! Animals have always held a special place in my heart since I'm a little girl - yes, I was the "Mom, can we keep him?" girl at 8 yrs old. Lol. Ive been working as a veterinary technician for the last 11 years, and I consider myself blessed to be able to do what I love every single day ❤️ That being said, if your pet needs any medication, insulin injections, subcutaneous fluids etc, I am able to do so. I am also fear-free certified, and am proud to say that many dogs that were once terrified of the vet, have made great improvement with these low-stress handling techniques over time! I have 2 Chihuahuas, Enzo and Lola. They're my world. My animal-loving fiance and co-owner also helps me run this business and would most likely be doing mid-day visits as he works from home. We offer complimentary (and mandatory) meet and greets prior to finalizing any service as we want you and your pets to feel at ease! We very much look forward to meeting you and your fur-kids!! My fiancé and business co-owner Bill works from home so has flexibility during the day (within reason) and I work part-time. We work as a team to provide exceptional, compassionate gold-standard care to your fur-babies. They receive a lot of 1 on 1 attention and love! We have a large fenced-in yard for safe and supervised play time. All of our boarding pups get an airtag placed on their collars as well for extra safety precaution. Your pets have free reign of our home and are even welcome to sleep with us!

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. Right now I have a Beagle and a German Shepherd so I’m used to caring for all dogs of different sizes. I’ve dog sat for people in my town and I am able to flex my schedule to meet the specific needs of your dog. I’m currently a college student, student teaching full time. So I am at a school from 8-3 Monday- Friday and off the weekends. I have a big yard at my home, which provides plenty of room for fetch. I have two dogs that are very friendly to new dogs. I can also stay at your home if preferred. I can dog walk, keep a strict feeding schedule, and give frequent potty breaks throughout the day.
