“Carrie is absolutely amazing! We are 100% repeat customers from here on. She was great with the dogs, and even worked with them on their training while we were gone. She is very punctual and professional, and communicates very well to let you know everything is going okay. She takes amazing pictures and clearly loves working with animals. Thanks Carrie, you will be hearing back from us again!!!”

About: I pride myself on communication and will always prioritize your pets and their needs while I care for them. I am able to administrate medication and comfortable with any kind of pet. I do this full-time and enjoy making genuine connection with pets and their families. Whether it be play time in the backyard or snuggles up on the couch with a good TV show, I am ready for it all! I do believe that pets succeed best in their own environment and I do my very best to keep their routines stable. I will always treat your home as if it is my own and am more than happy to grab mail, water plants, and put trash bins out.
“This was my husband's and my first experience using Rover, and Bernice was so wonderful! Each visit included a custom summary, and she always included the sweetest photos and notes about each of our kitties! She clearly has a way with animals, because our scared boy, Vader, does NOT like other people. But he liked Bernice! I think he came out of his hiding place as soon as her second visit? I would rebook with Bernice in a heartbeat, and she'll be the first Rover sitter I reach out to when we need someone.”

My dog is fully crate trained and I have 2 extra bedrooms for your fur babies where they will get my undivided attention!

About: I have over 8 years of experience working on farms and have owned my own dogs and cats. I have great experience with training and love meeting new animals. I generally work normal hours (8-4), but am up early in the mornings and am willing to stay out late if needed. I am generally available all week. I understand all animals have different needs and can clearly tell when an animal is stressed or scared. I have lots of experience with handling dogs, no matter their temperament.
About: Hello! I have over 10 years of experience in ER Veterinary Medicine and studied Animal Science and Biology in college. I have always lived in a home with pets; from cats, dogs, birds and a hamster named Victor Newman. I currently live in a home with 3 dogs and a fiesty cat. My dog, Dez, is a senior pup with special needs. He has had IVDD for the last 6 years and requires specialized care. With that, I am versed in care for pets with special needs and medication administration. During the summer months, I have more availability throughout the day to care for our furry loved ones. Beginning mid August, my availability may be limited to just the weekends. I have a fenced in backyard for dogs with plenty of room for the zoomies. Proper leash/harness/collar attire will be applied to your dog if your home is not fenced in or there is a possibility for escape. I do not use retractable leashes due to the likelihood that they break or fail. If necessary, I may require a non retractable leash for any future bookings with me. Cats are not allowed outside at my residence under any circumstances.
About: Jeff and I grew up on a farm and helped care for our animals which included dogs and cats. Currently our family has one indoor cat, two outdoor cats and two dogs. We would like to have the opportunity to help you with your pet needs. My husband, Jeff, and I take care of our cats and dogs daily. We will work as a team to take care of your pets. I am a school teacher. Jeff is retired but works part time hours periodically. Throughout the entire week, which includes weekends, we can do up to three visits per day. Jeff would do any visits needed during the middle of the day from Monday through Friday. At our house, you will find one indoor cat, two outdoor cats, and two dogs. My husband, Jeff, and I have an indoor cat named Tango who just turned one year old in June. We make sure he gets food and water at least twice a day, more if needed. Tango really enjoys treats. His litter box is cleaned twice a day. Jeff trims Tango’s nails as needed. Tango tolerates it when we brush his hair. When Tango is not napping, he loves to play with his toys and is curious about everything in his path! Our other cats and dogs stay outdoors. They are provided food daily. Because it is summer, we refresh their water throughout the day. The cats come up to the porch for meals and water. Our dogs love to run through the woods and jump into the ditch to cool off. They are playful and will run after balls thrown out into the yard. Bringing the ball back to us can be a different story. Our cats and dogs are all rescue animals.
“Ashley did a great job taking care of our three dogs over the holidays. One is a puppy still working on his house training which can be a lot of extra work but she was amazing. I got pictures every day and I came home to a clean house and three happy dogs!”

I can easily fit in walks, drop-ins, or overnights, ensuring your pet gets plenty of attention and regular potty breaks. In my home, pets can play safely in a fully fenced yard. I have a dog and a cat of my own, but I can easily crate your dog if they prefer their own space. In your home, I strictly follow your routine to keep your pets safe, fed, and loved like my own.

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
