About: I’m the owner of Barnyard Pet Retreat. I do dog/cat boarding out of my own home. It’s my full time job so I’ll be with them at all times. I have multiple dogs of my own and I am home full time. So, your fur babies will be monitored and loved at all times! I have a great potty routine that my dogs are currently on. I have anywhere from small dogs to big dogs in my household so your fur baby will have a lot of company. I can cage your dogs if needed or my own for your fur baby’s comfort.

About: I have hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I currently have an almost 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, a German Shepherd, and a rescue pit bull, so I’m very comfortable handling active, strong, and high-energy dogs. In addition to my own dogs, I’ve cared for friends’ dogs and cats many times, including feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to keep our pets on their routine and give them attention, patience, and a safe environment. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I am available in the mornings before work, during my lunch break, and after work in the evenings, which allows me to provide consistent drop-in visits, walks, feeding, and playtime. I also have more flexibility on weekends, which gives me the ability to take on longer visits or additional care if needed. I’m able to stay organized and reliable with my schedule, making sure each pet gets dependable attention and care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and any specific care preferences the owner provides. I make sure each pet gets attention, playtime, and comfort so they feel safe while their owner is away. I also keep the home clean and respected, making sure everything is left as I found it. I give regular updates so clients know how their pets are doing and can feel confident they are being well cared for.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover based on a 10-acre homestead in Pageland, SC. I specialize in structured, safe boarding with supervised outdoor time and secure indoor accommodations. We have a brand-new 6-foot wooden privacy fence enclosing our backyard, providing a secure area for dogs to exercise, stretch, and explore during supervised potty breaks and play sessions. Guests stay in our large climate-controlled sunroom outfitted with seven kennels, giving each dog their own secure space to rest comfortably between outdoor time, meals, and enrichment. Crate rotation and routine breaks are built into our daily schedule, ensuring dogs have consistency and predictability. Crate & House Access Policy • Crating is standard when we are away or sleeping, and during rest periods. • Potty breaks are offered approximately every 2 hours during waking hours. • For older, calm, fully house-trained, non-destructive, and cat-friendly dogs, free-roam house access may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner request and compatibility assessment. • Dogs with separation anxiety, destructive tendencies, or unsafe habits (counter-surfing, door-bolting, etc.) will remain on our structured crate schedule for their safety. Experience & Approach I’ve owned and cared for everything from hedgehogs and geckos to chickens, horses, and working-breed dogs. Whether a pup thrives with structured crate rest or enjoys calm, supervised sunroom naps, we tailor stays responsibly rather than one-size-fits-all. I work full-time as an insurance producer in Monroe, NC from 8–5, Monday through Friday. I’m home all day on weekends, and during the week, my husband is at our homestead full-time and helps provide care and supervision. Since we work as a team, your pets will never be left alone for long periods. I’m also available for morning or evening drop-ins and walks depending on location and schedule! We live on a peaceful 10-acre homestead. We do not allow free play with other pets - so you know that your furry friend is safe and sound the entire stay! They will have supervised playtime with other pups from the same household, or with just our staff! Our top priority is a safe stay.

About: I've grown up with dogs from great pyrenees to baby chiweenies, and open to all kinds of dogs. I've helped with walk, cleaning after and medicating pups! I'm currently looking for employment and an active student, though I don't know scheduling yet-- I'm open any mornings / noons/ evening Monday through Friday besides Wednesday at 2pm to 3pm. I have an fenced in yard, and I feed both of my cats and scoop when needed. Clean after my dogs and walk them too. I'm able to give medications to dogs and depending on the medications for the cats, I'm able to do that too!

Pet care fits very naturally into my routine right now, and I genuinely enjoy building my days around spending time with animals. I believe pets are happiest when their routines and environments are respected, so I always aim to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a calm, attentive way. My family’s home has a fenced-in yard, and I’m also a big walker, so pets get plenty of exercise and outdoor time depending on their needs and energy levels.
