“Kathy did an excellent job taking care of our dog, cats, and chickens. All animals were happy and healthy when we arrived back home. We were gone for a week. I usually return home to cat toys everywhere, and dry cat food and cat litter on floors. Kathy, however, cleaned up after the kitties. Everything was as it was when we left! Her communication with us was excellent, and she asked questions if needed. We would definitely recommend her!”

About: I’ve also grown up with animals since I was a baby! I’ve have horses, dogs, cats, turtles… YOU NAME IT, I’VE HAD IT😆 Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to feed, play, walk, and love on their furry friends! I am currently working part time/stay at home wife. So I have plenty of time to to love on and be with your fur babies😊 Unfortunately, I am not set up in the right environment to be able to watch your pet in my own home. Maybe in the future! :)

About: I have taken care of my own personal dogs throughout their lifespan from puppies to mature dogs. I am held at a high regard in my neighborhood as a dog sitter who is able to maintain a schedule, give sufficient playtime, and follow personal instructions accordingly. During the summer I am always available at home where I am able to give maximum attention to the pets. During college school season I am home on the weekends, Tuesdays, and Thursdays all day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday I can see the pups after 12pm! I have a fenced in back yard of about half an acre that does have a pool. If your baby loves to swim they are more than welcome to. If water is an issue I can easily walk them on a leash. I have 2 golden doodles that are extremely friendly and crate trained. I have dog beds your fur baby can sleep on! My neighborhood is very small and safe so I can take them on plenty of walks.
About: I have grown up around dogs and used to own a German shepherd that I held primary responsibility for. I have also helped friends with dog walking and have cared for dogs of almost all ages. I am a full time student at a community college but my classes are short and only Monday through Wednesday. This means I have almost full availability all week to care for your pet. I am easily able to follow instructions if they are given and I am able to recognize animal behavior for both dogs and cats as well as being flexible to provide for their needs.

About: I want to take care of peoples pets like they are my own. I’ve had my own pets (cat and dog) my whole life. I also take care of dogs and cats for other people all the time. When I am home from college. I am usually very free all the time and I love taking care of you guys dogs and cats! Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
