About: I’ve had animals all my life! When I was 9 we had 3 cats, 4 dogs, a parrot and an aviary of small birds. Over the years I’ve taken care of all sorts of breeds from Chihuahuas to Labradors. Currently I have a semi-reactive pitbull rescue so I’m very sensitive to any special interaction needs. I work from home so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I can pop in pretty much anytime for walks or visits, and overnight care on weeknights is no problem. I can be in your home with your furry one as much or as little as you’d like. Whether they’re couch potatoes or avid walkers, I’m there to keep them occupied, loved and fed (occasionally with some homemade treats).

About: I grew up alongside dogs (small and over 100 pounds) and fell in love with them, and taking care of them. I can do everything from walking to feeding to bathing to playing. As a third year nursing student, I understand the ins and outs of caring for someone and how important rapport and attention to detail are. Your dog will trust and love me by the end of my visit. I’m currently working part-time, so I have a lot of time for animals. My part-time job hours vary, so I make sure to keep my calendar updated on here. I look out for the animal’s safety, making sure they don’t escape or get their paws on things they shouldn’t, but I do not yell or hit, ever. I show these babies love and responsibility by being on-time and giving them my full attention. Visits include: Feeding - I will maintain your dog’s food routine and make sure their water is full Walking - 30 minute walks around your neighborhood or local trail for exercise, fresh air, and stimulation. I will allow your dog to sniff to their heart’s content while keeping them safe and on-trail Playing - I play fetch, tug-of-war, and whatever game your dog desires (while being mindful of your home/environment of course) Petting - soft scratching, rubs, and petting. About: I have lived in a home with 1-2 dogs at a time for most of my life, starting when I was in preschool. Almost all of my friends and family have either dogs or cats, sometimes both, and I have also done a lot of pet sitting for them over the years. I have experience with large and small dog breeds, a few different cat breeds, and also some experience with farm animals. I do my best to stick to any routines or training, either actively ongoing or already in place, so knowing any pet’s specific command words or motions is helpful. I also have experience with almost all stages of life, other than fresh newborn baby dogs to eight weeks of age. I love animals, and treat each one under my care in any situation as if they were my own. My current schedule is fairly open as I am taking some online classes while I pivot in my career, so there is plenty of time for your fur babies to be loved on. My daily routine is fairly flexible and can be adjusted around a pet’s schedule who is under my care. My priority is the safety and care of your pet and your home. I am extremely respectful of people’s privacy and property so there would be no snooping, nor any crazy messes left behind. There would also be no one brought into your home not cleared to be there. House rules will be respected- like no dogs on the couch, no cats on the counter, don’t feed gremlins after midnight etc. I clean up after myself, bring my own food/snacks for overnights, and make sure the home is locked up tight whether or not I am there. I can care for plants as well- but need specifics as I do not have a green thumb. If your pet is used to having company almost 24/7, I will do my best to accommodate that. I am happy to sit curled up with your dog or cat and read or do my course work throughout the day/ night and have no problems co sleeping with your pet if they’re used to sleeping in bed with you. If they’re used to sleeping in their crate, that is easily doable as well.
About: I have always loved animals and have had my dog for 13 years now! before going to college I worked with previously abused animals working to rehabilitate them! I love all animals and especially working to help them calm there anxiety! I’m currently working part time and would be able to stop in throughout the day to let them out, feed them and whatever else they may need! I would need between 4-5 hours between letting them out! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
