“Absolutely recommend Amy for doggie day care! It’s a chance for my pup to socialize and give me a break so I can work from home peacefully and know she’s being well taken care of it.”

“Awesome communication and care for Milo. I got several pics and updates during his daycare time. I’d definitely use Matt again in the future.”

“We ❤️ Sheri!! She has watched my pup on my long class days for two semesters now and he now knows when we are almost at her house and gets so excited! It’s so nice knowing he is somewhere that he loves and gets lots of walks and snuggles when I can’t be there!”

“Ruben has been doing great caring for my Doberman, Bounce while we are at work! Bounce loves going there and playing ball and going on walks and playing with Rubens dog. He comes home tired and happy every time”

“Julie was so accommodating and sweet with our little Lola. Having a backyard to run around in was great! We’ll definitely be having Julie watch Lola anytime we are headed out of town!”

“Danielle and Matt were amazing - so responsive and helpful with our dog despite the last minute ask. They kept us updated about how he was doing throughout the day as well which is always appreciated!”

“First time using Rover and Kat was the best sitter for my dog! Clearly very experienced with dogs and cares well for the ones she watches. Kept me reassured throughout the day with cute photos of my dog and her awesome dog, Luna, having fun. Will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Elizabeth was amazing with Tater. He’s a puppy and, while the goodest of boys, takes some energy and a little patience. She even exposed him to her cat and gave us a full report on how he did with Miso so we’d know for future bookings. She was super flexible with our timing heading to/from Story Land with the kiddos and kept us up to date on what our littlest dude was up to while we were crushing the Polarcoaster.”

“This was my first time using the Rover app and let me just say Joleya was great! She was super communicative and sent me photos of Sidney. I’ll definitely book with her again the next time I’m in Richmond!”

“This was our first time leaving our 1-year-old dog with someone outside of the family since we got him. Katelynn was awesome with Zeus and was great with him from the very start! He typically is very scared of new people and refuses to leave our side but she made him feel comfortable and safe from the start! She kept us up to date throughout the day which made us feel safe. We will definitely have Zeus stay with her next time, she was wonderful and I would highly recommend her!”

“Shareem was very communicative and gave us multiple updates on our dog Lilo throughout the day. My dog even whined a little when we left, and that to me is a good sign that she was treated with kindness and wouldn’t mind coming back some day soon. I highly recommend Shareem for pet sitting.”

About: Hello! Just a quick note—I go by my middle name, “Wylie,” though my profile only allows me to display my first name. For years, I’ve had the joy and pleasure of caring for the pets of family and friends, and it’s become a true passion of mine. I’m the kind of person who can’t resist saying hello to every dog or cat I meet—whether on the street or in someone’s home. When your pet stays with me, they’re treated like part of the family. As someone who considers my own pets to be my “kids,” I take great care to ensure your furry friend feels safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. I believe every pet has their own unique personality and needs, and I take the time to understand what makes them happiest. My goal is to provide a home away from home where they can relax and thrive. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I work from home alongside my wonderful pets: Daisy, my 3-year-old yellow lab, and my three cats—George Bailey, Gus, and Little Boo (a once-feral cat who took me a year to coax indoors). Our home is a calm and relaxed environment where the pets are free to roam both inside and outside as they please. While I may step out occasionally to run errands, I’m typically at home throughout the day, ensuring your pet will have plenty of company and care. I have a fully fenced yard, so your pets can safely explore both inside and outside the house. My home is their home, and they’re welcome to relax on the furniture (unless you’d rather they don’t pick up that habit). We’re a laid-back, pet-loving household where the animals pretty much run the show! I’m happy to host more than one dog at a time, but I’ll make sure they get to meet my own dog and cats first to ensure everyone gets along and feels comfortable. It’s all about keeping things happy and stress-free for everyone! 🐾

About: Puppy sitting for my perfect nephew (Rocky) for the last five years in San Diego inspired me to help others in Richmond now that I call it my home. In college I fostered kittens that were too young to be adopted to help build socialization skills with people. I grew up always having both a dog and cat in the home and can’t wait to rescue someone of my own here soon 😊. I live and work in the Willow Lawn area and love to get out for many walks. I live an active life and love the outdoors. I am happily available for boarding, daycare or walks but currently prefer weekends over weekdays as I work from an office down the road from home. Advance notice to schedule boarding is greatly appreciated to plan ahead with my schedule. It is just me at home with a fenced in spacious backyard and quiet street full of neighborhood fur friends to meet along our walks!

About: I have been an animal lover since birth, and have had a wide assortment of different pets throughout my entire life. This has given me the privilege to learn to care for many types of animals. However, dogs have been the constant companion that my family has had. No matter the size, age, or breed, I feel confident giving quality pet care. Your pets will not just be well cared for but loved and played with. My days off are Monday and Tuesday, these will be my best days. On these days I can come any time of day or stay/check in as much as needed. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday I work but often have long breaks in between multiple times a day. These days would work best for dog walking or pet sitting. If you are curious about another specific day, message me and I might be able to stop by over the weekend if my days allow it. Having dogs myself I have experience feeding dogs/cats (even the more sensitive pets). When checking in on one of your babies I will make sure to slowly introduce myself, so they will experience less anxiety. I will let the pet lead in how much affection they want. After I will make sure to complete all tasks on the list while making sure to respect the home. My house has a large fenced-in backyard for the dogs to run around. The home is well-kept and set up for watching younger puppies as well.

“Aliza was awesome! She was available at a somewhat last minute request. She was very responsive and Rusty seemed to have a great time. Aliza was also very timely and I didn’t have to wait at all for drop off and pick up :) would definitely use again!”
