About: I’m a stay-at-home mom with over 13 years of pet-sitting experience and a lifelong love of animals. I currently have several regular clients and am opening up my availability to welcome a few new furry friends! I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I’m comfortable following each pet’s individual routine, whether that includes walks, meals, medications, playtime, or simply some extra company and attention while you’re away. My experience also goes beyond dogs and cats! I regularly work on a farm caring for horses and other large animals, so I’m very comfortable around animals of all shapes and sizes. Being a stay-at-home mom gives me a flexible schedule, and I love being able to spend part of my week caring for animals. I know how important it is to have someone you can truly trust with your pets and your home, and I treat every animal I care for like I would my own. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me plenty of availability for drop-ins, walks, and recurring clients throughout the week. I currently care for several regular clients and am opening my schedule to take on a few more. On occasion, I may need to bring my son with me, but this would always be discussed and approved ahead of time. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets and entering your home. I always follow each owner’s instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I’m comfortable with crating, different feeding routines, leash walking, and administering oral medications. I’ll also keep you updated so you can feel confident your pets are happy and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I cared for my beloved dog for 10 years, treating him like my first baby. Now, I'm eager to share that love and care with your furry friend, giving them the attention and affection they deserve. I work remotely, so I'm home most of the day and get to spend lots of time with the pets I care for. That means plenty of potty breaks, playtime, walks, and snuggles throughout the day. I love making pets feel comfortable and keeping their routine as normal as possible. My goal is for them to feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. 💛 I promise to keep your pet safe and cherished by following your instructions carefully and creating a cozy, secure environment. I’ll send you regular updates, so you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is in caring and attentive hands. 💖
“My kitty is a spicy girl and Heather has experience with cats like this. I’m grateful because it’s so difficult to find!! My cat ended up becoming more friendly than I’ve seen her be with anyone! Heather kept me completely updated on every visit and took great care of my baby! Thank you!!!!!!”

“This was our first time with Olivia looking after our cat, and we will for sure be contacting her again! Super responsive, provided lots of updates and pictures, overall fantastic sitter. Thank you for taking great care of Hannah!”

“Bonnie took great care of my cat, Dora, while I was away! Having just moved to the area, it was time to start over with a new sitter and I’m very glad to have found Bonnie! She is a great communicator, sent me lots of pictures and texts, and asked questions as they arose. Dora is normally leery of new people, but it was clear from the pics that Dora connected and felt safe safe with her right away! Bonnie was also super flexible with me on a visit time, helping coordinate a package delivery that was accelerated to while I was gone. It was another stress relieved. Thanks for everything, Bonnie! We’ll be reserving again soon!”

About: Ive never known a time I didnt have dogs and cats. I have experience working with large breed working dogs as well as smaller dogs and everything in between. The only dogs that intimidate me are Rottweilers and chiuahahas! I love cats. I have extensive experience with fish and some birds too. I currently have 2 conures. I have a saltwater fish tank and a fresh water betta tank so I can easily care for your fish as well. I have a german shepherd pup myself and shes super friendly. I dont have to bring her around your pets. I let her outside about wvery two hours to play. We play ball and fetch. When the weather is good we go on long walks or hikes in the woods. I currently use a wireless gps fence for my dog. In your home I would certainly rely on a fence or a leash. I would not want to be responsible for an injury to your fur baby.
“Alyssa has done it again!! She came to hang out with my boys while we were working so they didn’t have to be crated for so long. They absolutely adore her. Thankful to have her as a regular sitter!”

Whether it’s overnight care, house sitting, drop-ins, or walks, I’ll make sure your dog receives plenty of attention, affection, and care while you’re away. About: Hi, I’m Ashley! I provide attentive, reliable care for your four-legged family members. Whether your pet needs an afternoon stroll, engaging yard playtime, a gentle drop-in visit, or quiet companionship while you’re away, I ensure they feel safe, engaged, and well cared for. My Background & Experience I’ve shared my home with cats my entire life and currently care for two beloved felines of my own. Two of my family's cats were diabetic, giving me hands-on experience administering feline insulin. I understand subtle body language, strict feeding schedules, and how to help reserved pets feel at ease. When it comes to dogs, meeting neighborhood pups while out on my daily delivery routes is always the highlight of my day—I always keep treats on hand to make fast friends! My hands-on dog experience includes: Playful walks & companionship: Great with friendly, moderately active dogs who enjoy neighborhood strolls, interactive playtime (fetch or gentle tug), and backyard sniff sessions. Senior dog fostering: Fostered an older pup through the Humane Society, providing patient, medication-aware care suited to a relaxed pace. Sitting for friends & neighbors: Experienced handling reliable feeding routines, potty breaks, and check-ins. Midday flexibility: Operating as an independent courier allows me to easily accommodate midday walk breaks and playtime drop-ins during prime work hours. What You Can Expect Safety & Respect: I always confirm dietary restrictions before offering treats and adhere strictly to your leash, feeding, and house rules. Clear Communication: Photo and status updates with every visit so you know your pet is happy and secure. Grounded, Caring Energy: Attentive company for friendly dogs and a gentle, quiet presence for cats. I’d love to schedule a meet-and-greet to see if we’re a great match! I am an independent contractor and online student, which means I don't work a rigid 9-to-5 desk job. My schedule allows me to quickly adjust to your pet’s routine—whether you need regular mid-day potty breaks while you're at work, evening visits, or flexible weekend care. I focus solely on drop-in visits and walks at your home, keeping stress low for your pets. I respect your home's security, follow your exact feeding and care instructions, and practice careful door awareness so indoor cats and pups never slip out. Your pet receives my undivided care and attention.

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:
- the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
- the care instructions the sitter should follow;
- which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
- how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.
Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
