I have hands-on experience working as a Veterinary Tech, with my roots going all the way back to sudsing up pups as a bather and kennel tech. I even built my own boarding haven, Elsie’s Boarding and Spa, in loving memory of my late partner Justin and my sweet rescue pup, Elsie. When your pets are with me, you can relax knowing they’re safe, spoiled, and loved like family. My daily schedule is dedicated to pet care, giving me plenty of availability outside of my children's school drop-off and pick-up hours. Because of this routine, I can offer consistent check-ins, daytime visits, and flexible drop-off or pick-up windows to easily fit your needs. With years of hands-on experience in veterinary care and animal wellness, pet safety is always my highest priority. I have handled everything from routine bathing and coat care to assisting in surgical procedures. You can have complete peace of mind knowing your pet is in experienced, attentive, and loving hands.

About: I have had a dog for 10 years, since I was 12, and she was a black lab and rhodesian ridgeback mix. She was a super energetic puppy and had to be played with and walked a lot. I got two cats at the very beginning of 2022 and I’ve taken care of them by myself since. I love playing with cats and giving them love. I will walk dogs at least twice a day, if not more. I currently work at Whole Foods Market and I typically work five days out of the week and work 7-2pm, and I will be home for the rest of the day. It will be super easy to fit the animals into my daily schedule. I have two cats to keep your animals company, but if your dogs don’t like cats then I will keep them separated. I will be walking your dogs at least twice a day, if not more. I will play with them as much as they like and I will follow any stipulations that the client would like to talk about.

About: I’ve been a veterinary technician for 8 years with knowledge and experience to care for a variety of needs for all types of pets. What this means for you: when you book with me you’re booking for gold standard care of a luxury style in home boarding vs. kennel boarding. I typically only work 3 days a week leaving me with open availability for the other days. These days do vary, but can be discussed further to meet needs. I have a privacy fence for a large play and potty area. Pets will be walked on the regular for exercise and feed as requested by the owner. All boarding/daycare dogs are required to be up to date on core vaccines (records provided prior to drop off) and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. They also must be provided a crate. This is to ensure safety of your pet.

About: All my life I have always had a furry friend and that love is more unique than any love you could get. One thing I live by is loving and treating every pet like they are my own and I have experience from new born puppies to helping with the needs of senior dogs/cats and everyday I am still learning. I am available most days out of the week as long as it is in advanced and can accommodate your needs. I’m available every weekend and holidays! I currently have 1 dog that lives with me but unfortunately will not be able to care for any at my own home. At your home I can work with whatever task you are given me and can be flexible if for example, told there is no fenced yard or if the pet needs to be kept outdoors. I will not be able to stay over nights but can care for pets as long as I need to!

About: I’ve taken care of multiple different dogs and cats before and have dog sat for a few people before! I have experience with keeping dogs entertained and not much really phases me anymore. I’m currently job searching, so I have plenty of time to play with, walk, or care for your pup right now! I just need a few days notice for anything other than dog walking! I follow any instructions left for me when it comes to dog care and walking. I’ve done stop ins for people where I let the dogs out and given them exercise and the likes! I just need to know their needs beforehand!

About: I’ve taken care of pets besides my own since I was little. I have experience taking care of animals and I am comfortable around them. I am also responsible and reliable, so you can trust that your pet will be in good hands while you're away. Can’t wait to meet your pup! The job that I have right now is only part-time. I am in school but all of my classes are online, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Everytime I am in a clients home I make sure to return it exactly how I found it. A home should be your safe space so I wouldn’t want to make any client feel uncomfortable when they get back.

About: I've been surrounded by animals my whole life. I was a dog breeder for many years but no longer sell but i still wanted a job surrounded by dogs I've been around and taken care of small dogs all the way to extra large dogs.Im very equip and your pet would be in good hands! I had a pitbull for 12 years and I had to learn how to train him and work with him. So im also experienced with more energetic dogs. As he got older I had to give him his pills every day. I don't have any dogs right now but would love the opportunity to care for yours! I would devote as much time as needed to care for your pet! My schedule is open and I would work around yours. Taking care of your pet would become my job. I would care for your pet according to the clients instructions. I would make sure the pet is hydrated and has plenty of water. They would have plenty of food. They would get lots of love and attention.

About: Bonafide animal lover and proud Momma to six furbabies of my own (5 dogs and a cat). I’ve spent my entire 29 years on earth surrounded by a multitude of animals from dog and cats to reptiles, fish, birds, even horses and goats! I have a heightened sense of empathy for all animals and I believe that is what has allowed me to find such passion in training, rescuing and caring for animals. I have successfully rescued and rehabilitated dozens of animals over the years even before I worked at a nonprofit rescue organization. About: I’ve been loving and caring for animals since my parents got me my bird at 2 years old. My absolute love and dedication to his care kick started my life of loving animals, starting out with volunteering for several years at Acadiana Animal Aid and fostering cats and dogs through them as well. I started dog walking and pet sitting at 11 and I’ve now taken care of more animals than I can list. I am extremely passionate about my love of all animals and I will treat your pets with the love and dedication I believe every animal deserves! I am a full time student at UL but I am open in the mornings, afternoons and nights! During the month of December I am on my winter break so I will be open with full availability during the weekdays and weekends. Whether you need your pets let out during the day while you’re at work or if you’d like them to be brought to the park or a walk around your neighborhood, I’m here for you! I have reliable transportation that is large enough to fit even the biggest of dogs. I also have plenty of experience with medically complex animals, so I’d be able to give medicine or help out in whatever way they would need!

About: I've been a proud pet parent to several fur babies over the years and have always been the go-to helper for family and friends. I’ve also had the joy of fostering puppies through our local rescue. I truly believe our pets are family and understand the importance of treating them with that respect. I live in Abbeville but work in Broussard so I can be available in multiple areas! I work a typical 8 to 5 full-time Monday through Friday so deoending on your location depends on when I can do walks or check-ins. My schedule can be some what flexible at times if scheduled ahead of time. If boarding, we prefer dogs be crate trained while we are at work until we get to know them and see they are okay to be left loose in the house. I have a large yard, two dogs (inside) and a cat (outside). Our pups are trained to stay in the parameters of our yard and leashed trained as well. Their crates are available if they would like to sleep in them but aren't locked often unless staying in a place that requires them to be when we travel or we have other pets with us that may require them to be.

About: Ever since I was a little girl I’ve loved animals. I think fur babies are the sweetest thing because although they’re only with you for a little of their lives, you’re with them for all of theirs. I currently have a Shih Tzu & tuxedo cat of my own named Marble who are big babies. I currently work remotely Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM so I’ll be home just about the whole day with your furry ones! Potty breaks, walks, and movie nights here won’t be a problem! I have a large yard next to my house so potty breaks won’t be a problem. Also I have an adult fixed Shih Tzu that loves naps, belly rubs, and playing to keep your fur one company!
