She was compassionate and she treated my animals with a genuine love and compassion like I said this was my first time doing this so I was really scared. But she made me feel a lot better. I mainly do the weekends as I am a full time employee and pet parent of my mini monsters. If you are needing a drop in during the week it would have to be after 7. For dogs we have a fenced in backyard with space to run around. A crate must be provided for overnight stays for dogs. For cats, they can roam freely. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
