I volunteered at the Kentucly Humane Society for 2 years in high school and worked in a pet daycare and boarding facility for 2 years shortly after graduating high school. I have been trained to read a dog's body language, keep from having a dog slip or pull me down when walking on a leash, detect issues among dogs before a fight can start, introduce dogs, and administer oral medications. I currently own 3 dogs. A smaller 45 -50 pound shepherd hound mix, a husky, and a german shepherd husky mix as well as 2 cats. I also fostered a rescued pit mix puppy for about 4 months before he found his forever home. I have owned animals all my life and love to learn as much as I can about them in my free time.

I have a fenced in backyard, an animal loving kiddo who will give your fur babies all the snuggles and love if they're here, and 3 dogs who love to play! We have a separate room gated off specifically for our animals in case they need space and even if I'm at work, my husband is here so no one has to stay locked up or miss out on attention during the day.

Brittany did a great job taking care of our two cats while we were on vacation. She sent lots of pictures during her check ins, and they looked happy and well taken care of when we got home.
Brittney did a wonderful job taking care of our cat, Ziggy. Brittney communicated well, with pictures and updates about Ziggy and our house (there were bad storms while we were away). Ziggy got lots of love, playtime, a clean litter box, and was well-fed everyday.

I am very pleased at Brittney’s ongoing care of my two cats. If I am counting correctly, she has taken care of them for 11 trips over the last several years. She promptly communicates, is reliable, and most importantly, provides excellent, loving care for my cats. One of my cats will sometimes make a dash for the door and so I worry about this while I am away. I can trust Brittney will be very careful. That same cat needs thyroid medication applied topically in her ear, the cat is not a big fan of this. Brittney has handled this very well and gives her a treat after the med. My other cat is shy but comes out and interacts with Brittney. Brittney has consistently gone above and beyond, keeping an eye out for the safety of my home. I left before the garbage pick up and meant to ask Brittney to please bring the can up when she was here. I completely forgot to ask, but she noticed and took it to the back of the house for me. My cats and I greatly appreciate all the TLC!
Brittney took great care of my high energy Belgian malinois! She was very accepting and already knowledgeable on any instructions I had for her. I trust her completely with my dog and my home!

Schedule
I am a mom and substitute teacher so my schedule varies and can change at any given moment but as long as I have someone to watch my kid I'm available to drop in when I'm not teaching.
