12. Jennifer D.
“Jennifer is my go to person for any and all pet related needs. I am also a sitter on Rover and when I have questions about animals I ask Jennifer first. She’s got experience with all kinds of pets. She used to breed springer spaniels, three litters all of them well cared for went to amazing homes that she still keeps track of and keeps in touch with them all. when I had an issue with my own dog, and the vet shrugged me off, Jennifer told me to check my dog’s flea medicine anyway,And she was right. Everything my dog was experiencing were side effects from her meds and we reduced her dose and my dog is fantastic. Jennifer definitely knows what she’s doing, and she will take great care of all of your pets.”

About: With over a decade of professional animal training experience, and as a certified Animal Control Officer, there’s truly no animal I haven’t been able to connect with and befriend. I approach each one with kindness, patience, and understanding, believing wholeheartedly in providing the highest standard of care. My compassion guides me, and I’m a strong advocate for using positive reinforcement techniques to help every animal flourish and become their best self. Drawing from years of working with abused horses, dogs, and cats, I specialize in helping them heal, grow, and learn to trust again — allowing them to thrive in their environment and live their fullest, happiest lives. As a full-time Animal Behavioralist, my days are truly devoted to the well-being of animals. My schedule is flexible and designed to meet their needs, allowing me to work at their pace and on their terms. Whether it’s addressing behavioral issues or offering a little extra patience and understanding, I’m committed to helping each animal flourish in their own way. At home, I care for several foster animals, which deepens my understanding of their needs and personalities. Because of this, I focus on helping other people’s pets flourish in their own homes, where they feel safest and most comfortable. I work closely with owners to create realistic, personalized plans that help them improve their relationships with their pets and bring out the very best in their companions.

About: I have experience in my own home caring for 3 large dogs and a Maine Coon. I’ve had my animals for about 5 years now. I also have experience caring for friends and families animals, as well as experience volunteering with the humane society. I’ve recently started pet sitting here in tampa, and I love to care for and help animals! I can do sitting and walking anytime before three on weekends and most times on weekdays! I attend USF monday and wednesday from 9-2, so i’m available before and after those times! I walk my dogs multiple times a day as well as i clean out my cats litter box twice a day to avoid any odor. I enjoy taking the animals outside to play, and I have indoor cat toys I use for my cat since she’s a runner! I also feed all the animals twice a day, and go on runs with my more active dogs as often as possible!
