About: We are a Loving and Fun Family that would love to take care of your fur baby while you are away, walk while you are out for the day or have them over for a doggie play date to keep them socialized. My husband and I have had pets since we both were small from cats to all sizes of dogs. Your dog will receive plenty of loving attention, exercise, and will be treated as if they are part of our family. We can't wait to meet you. My husband works from home and is available all day to care of your fur baby so frequent potty breaks and playtime won't be an issue. Our animals have always been treated as part of the family. I have two children, a 10-year-old boy, and a 8-year-old girl. We have a friendly and loving Golden retriever named Winnie, who is never far from our side! We live in a nice quiet neighborhood that has a lot of safe sidewalks for walks and a fenced backyard that they can play in. If you want your pet to be loved, taken care of, and spoiled while you are away then we are the sitters for you.

About: I have owned dogs most of my life, big and small. I have pet sat for family, I take care of most of my own dogs needs (baths, teeth, hair and nail cuts) Most importantly I understand the guilt of having to leave your fur babies home while you are at work all day. I love the idea of being that person to bring some joy to their day and give the potty and exercise break they need. As well as lots of lovin! I have had hamsters, guinea pigs and chickens as well. My husband calls me the dog whisperer (bit dramatic) but most dogs tend to trust me right away I’ve had quite a few surprised people when their dog comes right over and gives me kisses seconds after meeting. I have trained several puppies basic commands as well. I look forward to hearing from you and creating bonds with more animals! <3 I am around most days so I have plenty of time to check in with your animals! I can be there anytime after 8:00am and availability is 7 days a week. I have a fenced in yard, 2 happy playful pups, 2 dog loving respectful kids. Extra dog crate if quiet breaks are needed. Sunbathing on the screened in lanai. Lots of toys and fun to be had.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs both big and small since childhood. My husband Mark and I currently have a 8 year old beagle mix rescue and a 6 year old boxer. I am a stay at home mom so I am here all day and the pets are free to roam the house and our fenced in backyard. I have experience with administering medication as our beagle mix has severe allergies that require daily pills. My husband and I would love to care for your fur baby and they would be treated like part of the family. I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies. I am available for boarding and drop ins during the week and weekends. I have a fenced in backyard and 2 dogs to keep your pets company. My dogs roam the house and sleep in our room but if I have to leave the house they are crated. I can easily crate your pet as well if needed.

I'm sure you worry about your dog's when you are away, I will be a good replacement for you, loving and caring for your dogs like they are my own. I have many client references to provide you testimony of the quality service I will provide your family dogs. We have a large fully fenced in backyard in a great dog walking neighborhood. No young children at home, just 3 dog loving adults available all day long. We use consistent house rules that are basic dog obedience providing a loving, caring environment for our dogs and visiting dogs. I have had dogs most of my life and been through many Dog training classes with my dogs and will share my experience with you or use the methods you choose to work with your dogs. I have even attended training classes with clients to be certain that I was using the same techniques for their dog to be consistent. I want to be your dogs "second best friend". I am also a trained handler of now retired to Florida "Maggie" the LLC-K9 Comfort Dog from Christ the King Lutheran Church, Newtown, CT. She is service level trained dog who is more than just a service dog. This is rewarding ministry program that our church began after the Sandy Hook School tragedy. It's a volunteer program to bring comfort to those in need visiting schools, hospitals nursing homes, and rehab centers, community events any where people are feeling happy, anxiety, grief or tragedy, Maggie visited the children and faculty at the Sandy Hook Elementary School several days each week. I look forward to learning more about how I can help you and your dog(s). GYDIUP, Lori I am available every day to dog Walk, Board, Daycare and Drop in visits also my daughter Grace can dog sit in your home. New to the area we are just starting our services and schedule is very open and available. I have many years of experience boarding and walking with many types of dogs. I enjoy walking dogs and will provide quality handling skills with my training experience, even the challenge of walking multiple dogs. I do not call myself a trainer but will do my best to use basic training/handling techniques with your family pups. Perhaps improving their behavior by using my experience and consistency. Meet & Greet before we confirm any visit by meeting at my home for a short pack walk then some off leash introduction in our fenced in backyard. We love hosting dogs in our home and Maggie and Marty do too!

About: I have taken care of both my own and all the neighborhood pets since I was very small! I am an avid walker ready to wear your baby out for miles and miles a day if needed or just walking a slow few houses away if distance is a struggle. I know each sweet soul is different and deserves all the special attention to them so am flexible with whatever needed to make your pet happy and comfortable! Tough wild puppies and old grumpies in need of medications or treatments, I will handle them all! I currently travel too often to have my own pets so use my time at home to love on others! When I am pet sitting i am usually working from home those days with full access to your pet or half days so I can make sure im available full time. My home is free reign to your animal and they can treat it as their own. So no worries to couch cuddlers or bed sleepers! Runners and bolters will be closely watched and contained. For elderly mobility issue animals any stairs or hard to navigate issues will be blocked off. So safety is directly attended to!

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Brookridge

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Brookridge on Rover is $53.28 per day (as of June 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of June 2026, there are 995 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Brookridge. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Brookridge commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 995 sitters in Brookridge, 85% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
