“We left our dog Toffee with Jenny and her family for 5 days while we attended a work conference, and we could not have asked for a better experience! This was our first time using Rover and leaving Toffee with someone we didn’t know, so we were definitely nervous at first. Jenny immediately made us feel comfortable with constant updates, pictures, and videos throughout the entire stay. Toffee had the absolute best time running around in her huge backyard, playing with her kids and her two dogs, and getting so much love and attention. It truly felt like he was treated as part of their family. You can tell Jenny genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. We were able to fully enjoy our trip knowing Toffee was happy, safe, and so well cared for. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be booking with Jenny and her lovely family again in the future. About: I’ve been a lifelong dog lover and have had dogs as part of my family since I was a child. Most recently, I’ve cared for our own dog for the past 13 years, giving me experience with every stage of life—from energetic puppy years to the special needs of senior dogs. In addition to caring for our own pets, I’ve welcomed dogs belonging to family, friends, and neighbors into our home. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, personalities, and activity levels, and I understand that every dog has unique routines and needs. Your dog will be treated like part of our family in our clean, smoke-free home. We have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and our dog-friendly children love helping give pets plenty of attention, affection, and companionship. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment so you can feel confident your dog is well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into our family’s daily routine. My husband works from home, so there’s almost always someone around during the day to provide companionship, potty breaks, and attention. We understand how important consistency is for dogs and do our best to maintain their usual schedule for meals, walks, playtime, and rest. We treat every dog as if they were our own and strive to make their time away from home as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I know every dog is different, so I take the time to learn about each pet’s routine, personality, and preferences before their stay. I closely follow your instructions for feeding, medications, exercise, potty breaks, and any special care your dog may need. In our home, dogs are treated like part of the family. They have plenty of supervised time indoors, access to our fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and lots of attention throughout the day. We provide a clean, smoke-free, loving environment where dogs can feel comfortable and secure. About: I've cared for cats and dogs my own as well as other owners, for the last 20-plus years I also have experience with other kinds of animals. I protect animals fiercely and I am extremely receptive of detail and specifics that any pet owner may have for me. I have varied availability throughout the week and weekend. Although I have another job, and have a family, I still have flexibility to do pet care. :-) I care for my own animals deeply in one of my top priorities is meeting their needs. I probably even go above and beyond for someone else's pet as I understand that someone else is putting their fur babies in my care. “Wanqing has been our daycare sitter for a while now, this was our first boarding stay. We were scared at first due to a previous bad experience on Rover, but Wanqing was very responsive over text and made us feel very reassured. We would highly recommend Wanqing, she gives all the pets in her home so much love and attention. Our dog does not come home super tired, but he always looks so content and behaves so well after coming back from Wanqing's place.”
