“Hope did a great job walking our reactive dog Scout. This was our first time leaving Scout with someone, and Hope really put us at ease and their confidence helped us feel comfortable. Scout loved spending time with Hope, even though she is usually wary of strangers. Hope even bonded with our grumpy cat while they were here. We will definitely book Hope again the next time we need a walker.”

“I feel so lucky to have found Emily on Rover. Finding someone that I could trust and rely on was really important and that is what I have found. She walks my dog, Tito, multiple times every week. It makes my day when I get the notification that she has completed a walk with Tito because I can see how happy he is in the pictures that she takes. I have nothing but good things to say about Emily and am so grateful for the quality time that she has spent with my best friend. Thank you Emily! Highly recommend using her services on Rover.”

“Melissa did a great job watching my dog while I was out of town. She was prompt, reliable, communicative, and I'd definitely ask Melissa to watch him again!”

About: welcome! 🔔 please confirm you have read my profile entirely when sending your booking request 🔔 Dogs have been apart of my life for over 25 years. I learned body language, how to care for them, and how to be patient and communicate with them from my amazing Grandfather. They truly bring me joy! I treat each pup as if they’re my own during our time together. 🐾 I will do everything I can to accommodate your pup’s needs & your desires. Whether it’s walks vs runs in the yard, administering medication, or preparing food, if I’m able to do it consider it done! As a pet parent, I know how stressful it can be to find reliable care. With that in mind, I strive to provide the BEST care for your dog the first time in order to lighten your load; giving you the peace of mind knowing your fur baby is in excellent hands. 🐶 I no longer work remotely, so I’m not available for drop ins, walks, or daycare M - Th prior to 5PM. I am willing to board throughout the week, but please note your pup will be home alone for about 11 hours. Fri-Sun, I am available all hours. 🚨 MEET & GREETS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL SERVICES 🚨 Daycare & Boarding: - Please be mindful that I do have a dog of my own. If you know your dog does not do well with other dogs, please do not request a boarding or daycare. I am open to doing daycare in your home for the pups that prefer to be alone. request house sitting & I will adjust the rate! - my home is best suited for the chill guys and gals. lots of soothing music, lounging, & cuddles 💓. Honey Bun is very reserved inside & gets stressed around high energy dogs. To keep all involved happy & safe, please do not book daycare or boarding if your dog is an energizer bunny. I will be glad to drop in, walk, or do daycare in your home though! 😃 - I have a secured, fenced in yard. I am not willing to take any dog to the dog park. Both the front and back doors have additional doors down the stairs, so the chance of an escape is very close to zero! - I crate all dogs when I’m leaving the home, including Honey B even though she typically is not crated. in special situations, I’m okay leaving your dog to roam a designated area, but that is rare and will be discussed prior to the booking. - I do not have any guests while your dog is in my care. Drop Ins/Walks/House Sitting: - I ask that no other humans are in your home when I come over for drop ins, walks, or housesitting unless previously discussed. - Please book a drop in if care outside of walking is needed. - Please assure all animals that need care are listed individually on your profile. I love surprises, but not when it comes to this! - When coming into your home, I will always leave it just as I found it. I will only enter authorized areas as necessary to care for your pet(s). Please assure that all supplies are provided. 🐾 - We will discuss specific schedules for each housit. Some people prefer longer day time care with no overnight, or moderate daytime care + nights. We will workout the perfect schedule for you, your pup, and me 😊. I am NOT available for constant care (24 hours) as I will need to check in with my own dog & maintain my personal life with errands + self care.

About: Growing up, I have had animals in my family so I have taken care of animals at a very young age. I also use to work at a doggy daycare during college where I would watch and take care of 70+ dogs per shift! I’m currently unemployed for the next 5 weeks as I make my move from Madison to Milwaukee! I will be living in Milwaukee starting August 5th and will be available all times of the week! Once I start my corporate job in September I will be available on the weekends! I love interacting and being active with dogs, I live in a pet-friendly apartment with a huge area of green space they can walk around in! I also enjoy taking them on walks and making sure they are getting the attention they need!

About: I’ve spent years caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments—everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a slower pace and a gentler touch. What sets me apart is my calm, confident presence and my ability to quickly earn a pet’s trust. I pay close attention to their body language and needs, whether that means extended playtime, structured walks, or just a cozy cuddle session. I'm experienced with administering medications (oral and topical), handling reactive dogs, and working with shy or anxious pets who need a little extra patience. I treat every animal like my own—always showing up on time, communicating clearly with owners, and putting your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness first. Im working part time in the evenings, so I am available mornings and early afternoons for walks/play time. I love getting outside and enjoying nature so your dogs will definitely get a workout with me if that's what they need that day! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I create a calm, structured environment where pets feel secure, loved, and understood. I follow your pet’s routine closely—feeding times, walk schedules, medication, and preferred play or rest habits—to ensure consistency and reduce stress while you’re away. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and keep everything clean, organized, and exactly how you left it. I make sure doors and gates are always secured, and I never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations. I also stay in regular contact with you through updates, photos, and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely at ease while you're apart.

“Mika was amazing. They took the time to connect with my boy. My boy is hesitant about letting people getting him out of the crate and Mika was so sweet with Salvador. We will definitely be booking with them again!”

About: Growing up, I never had a moment without a dog (or other animals including a pet pig and multiple snakes) in the family. From owning breeds such as Great Danes, to Golden Doodles, to a Great Pyrenees, my family has luckily passed the dog-loving gene on to me. I recently rescued a senior Chihuahua mix and she has made everyday so fulfilling. I love helping her (and secretly myself lol) make new doggy friends! Combined with my love for the outdoors and exercise, your dog and I are sure to have a great time. Spending time with your dog is not only doing a favor for you, but also for me! My passion for animals is something that I am proud of and would love to continue. I work from home, live in a single family home with a fenced in yard, take frequent walking breaks, and love having company! I also have the flexibility in doing drop in visits, sitting, or other pet care needs. Familiar with pets of all temperaments, learning your pets personality and boundaries is extremely important to me. Whether they like their space in their crate, or need to be cuddled close on the couch, their comfort is my top priority.

About: I have been around animals for most of my life - from dogs to cats to gerbils, I love them all! Growing up I had both dogs and cats, and feel comfortable with any size animal. Throughout my family dogs’ training when I was younger, I was very involved and learned a lot. I have also watched pets for friends and family members in the past, including feeding, walking, and just spending time with them. I understand that each and every pet has different personalities and energy levels, and I am able to easily adapt to such. I would love to take a long walk with your energetic pal, an easy walk around the block, or even just sit in company with them! Can’t wait to help you and your furry friends! I currently work as a registered nurse in the area, which leaves my schedule fairly open. I work night shift, so my work and sleep schedule is usually flexible and complimentary to normal working hours of others! My week to week schedule is not always the same, leaving room for full days of availability and extended hours as needed. My home is mine and my two cats’ sanctuary and I treat it as such, with respect, cleanliness, and love. I will do the same with your home and pets, as I understand the value of a trusted caregiver!

About: I have been pet sitting since the age of 13. I have been dog sitting since then and now have my own cats. I have cared for kittens- adult cats and puppies-senior dogs. I am a full time teacher so on weekdays, I am available after 3:30. On weekends, I am available at any time. I am willing to stay overnights at houses, do house visits, and do walks with the pups. Typically, if I am just checking in, I will make sure there is food and water, everything is clean, the pup/kitty is heathy, and spend some time with them. The amount of time and how things are done will also depend on the frequency and job situation.

Melissa was great - she came on short notice and took our two dogs out for a nice long walk. One of our dogs is very reactive and in behavioral training and Melissa was very patient with the instructions and got them home safe and tuckered out even after a wild turkey encounter. 5 stars!

Katie was fantastic! She walked our dog Lola on short notice and was incredibly accommodating. She was punctual, kept great communication throughout, and you could tell she was genuinely excited to spend time with our dog. Highly recommend Katie and will definitely be booking with her again!

Stephanie is awesome! He is extremely communicative throughout the entire process and truly goes above and beyond. It seems like he really cares about animals and he was great with taking care of my dog while I was out of town. If I could give him more stars, I would!
