“Steve is an amazing pet sitter!! This is my second time having Steve pet and housesit, and I will absolutely be using him many times in the future! My German Shepherd is 1.5 y/o and she can be a lot of work. She’s very energetic, and loves to play and be outside. Steve took her on so many adventures and sent me photos from all of them! He applied all of the guidance I gave him for working with her, and also is just so natural with dogs of all kinds, so my pup felt super comfortable with him throughout the whole stay. I think she was bummed when I walked in the door returning from my trip and not Steve! He’s great communicating throughout, sending photos and videos, and giving her tons of attention, walks and fun. I had so much peace of mind being away from my pup, knowing Steve was with her. He also took great care of the house and it was clean/spotless when I got home. I can’t recommend Steve enough! About: I have lived in summit county my entire life. I grew up with a minimum of 3 dogs in the house at all times and sometimes 7 or 8. I love all animals and taking care of them. I am currently working 8:30-6:30 Monday to Thursday. I have an hour and a half lunch and am happy to walks the pups during that time. I am very easy going and will always make it work. I always take care of the animals as well as if any dishes are used I make sure to wash them and put them back. I wash the sheets after my stay. And keep the home clean and tidy.

I then started working for a small dog walking company in Santa Monica, CA. I recently moved back home to Chicago and I am glad to be back. I'll provide your puppy or dog with a great walk followed by belly rubs and treats for being good. I can give medication when needed. I am first aid and CPR certified for dogs and cats. About: I have had dogs my entire life, I have a 3 year old Berniedoodle named basin who is the happiest dog in breckenridge. Before her I had a golden/lab named willow and before that a Siberian husky. I am 32 years old, live in town and near the dog park. I can also bike with dogs if they are trained to run along. I have an e bike I bike with my dog. I currently am not working, I just go to the gym and then hike with my dog on nicer days or bike. So I have a very open schedule at the moment and if that changes I will change my availability. I don’t have a fenced in yard, it is half a fence but the dogs can go around. My Berniedoodle is trained to stay around the house and out of the road. Inside the home is safe and dog friendly with blankets on the furniture so they can jump on it. I have a few extra leashes as well if ever needed and many poop bags. When caring for a dog elsewhere I would listen to instructions of the owner and follow them to the letter. I treat other’s dogs like I would want my Berniedoodle treated.

About: I have a nack for understanding what dogs are thinking. I am really good at getting dogs to trust me, and making dogs feel comfortable with me. I have watched dogs for friends and family many times throughout my life, and I thoight why not make it a side hustle. If you have a difficult dog and you have bad luck finding a good fit for a care taker, give me a try. My work schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 6:30a-5:00p at copper mountain. I can do drop in visits and walks after work. I am off sat sun mon for pet care. However is required. Typically on a drop in visit, I will come over and let the dogs out. Take them on a walk. Give them attention and spend some time with them. Spend the night if necessary. Make sure the dog doesn't feel lonely and distract from missing their owner.
