About: I work at Little Traverse Bay Humane Society as an animal caregiver. I’ve been to exposed to all kinds of dogs and cats. I have experience with animal meds, animal behavior, animal training, and the care for them as well. I’ve handled all ages of animals from very young to old. I have also grown up with multiple pets including cats, dogs, reptiles, and rodents. I love all animals and I always make sure that I give the animal the best care possible. About: Hey guys! I'm just a Midwest girl living in my Midwest world! I have the typical Veteran husband and one of our three kids still living at home! We have a 7 pound Chihuahua and two kittens who are the current rulers of the home. I bring a professional, hands-on background to every dog I care for, shaped by my experience supporting K9 work in the military and training dogs across a wide range of needs. From guiding young puppies through early obedience and socialization to reinforcing structure and confidence in adult dogs, I focus on calm, consistent, and respectful handling. On our private 20-acre property, dogs have the space to decompress, explore safely, and enjoy a peaceful environment while still receiving individualized guidance and close supervision. While we do have 20 acres that we can walk through we also have a fenced in area and GPS Fence collars for your dog to use. Depending on the training your dog has been through we can work with you to see what fits best. I am a full time mom who homeschools her kid. My husband is home part time so most of the time we are home if not pup will be crated. I have a fenced in yard and a pet safe GPS collar for the pups. So no matter what the pup will be secured. There is no gate to leave the fenced in area so to leave you have to go through the house.
About: I have worked with a lot of high energy dogs so I understand and am willing to do the work that is needed for them. I have also worked with dogs that have had traumatic pasts and have spent time working with them to trust their environment and other people. I am a teacher so I have summers off and weekends free. I am also free after school for those last minute date nights and outings. I have two high energy black labs so I am used to dogs that need long walks and lots of stimulation. I am very comfortable around big dogs as mine are both 80 lbs. I prioritize trust and comfort for the dogs I care for. About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing. Pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
