About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing. Pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. (I would want them if the roles were reversed.) I also have the ability to care for medical issues that arise during the stay, only with the pet parent's permission of course.
âWe were thrilled with Alex and the dogs love him too. Alex is professional, friendly, caring for the dogs and trustworthy! He met with us before he started the assignment to learn about us and the dogs and any of our special requests. He showed up every day, always on time and did more than what was required. We have already referred him to others and will definitely use him again!â
About: Animals are an absolute passion for me. I have shared space for many felines and two pups â all are extremely well taken care of. I am able to provide the same amount of love and care for your pups, as I do it for my own. My comprehension of the needs of pets, especially those of dogs, is outstanding â from feeding them food with the right nutrients to daily excersize and interaction. With my compassionate and caring nature, and familiarity with the basic needs of animals, I have the ability to care for your pet perfectly. I am available most day's to care for your fur babies. Please find my schedule and please reach out if you have more questions. Thank you Currently not available for any type of overnight or boarding services. This may change in the future with housing needs . Thank you for understanding.
About: I've taken care of many dogs and cats over the years of all shapes and sizes. Up to 5 animals at one time in the past. Im home because my father died and my mother needed help here. Finding a new corporate job has been tough in this area, so this is a way for me to heal and keep my bills paid. If the job is more than 30 miles from my home, I will add on mileage for meet and greet and for the stay, as I have taken losses on that in the past when I didn't. I recently returned to Northern Michigan after the passing of my father to help my mother. Had to leave corporate job and looking for a happier pace of life and to give back to animals, who saved my life during a difficult time. I love walks and live right by the bike trails and near several parks. I also love cuddling on the couch and allow animals on the furniture if they're allowed to in their home. I would treat them like my own and follow any and all rules/restrictions to the letter. I always want to meet the pet and the family beforehand so everyone feels comfortable. I'm an open book and just like helping people. Ask any and all questions needed please!
âAshley was a great dog walker! She took our brood of three doodles out on a long walk while we were away for the day. Wrangling three dogs is not an easy task and she made it look effortless. She sent along some videos along the way so we knew all was well! Highly recommend her!!!!â

âTabitha is been walking my 85 year old mother's labradoodle for about a month. Tabitha has been very kind to my mother and has taken great care of Cocoa. I always get updates about their walks and what business Cocoa has done. Tabitha has also been very dependable through the sub-zero weather we have had this winter. She always shows up with a smile and is happy to be there.â
About: Iâve always had animals all of my life and have assisted in taking care of them more and more in the recent years. I also have some general volunteering with specifically the cats at the humane society and assisting in socializing them with humans. I currently am not yet employed but am searching around for potential part-time jobs or other ways to make money for the summer so as of now my schedule remains fairly flexible with only a few weekly commitments potentially altering exact times available. I remain flexible with the exact parameters youâd want with the service but with my own animals I feed them for their meals. Alongside that I scoop and refill my catsâ litter boxes. And while never my favorite I can clean up messes if a cat or dog gets sick or has an accident.
About: I have over 30 years experience caring for cats, dogs, horses, and other farm animals. I enjoy all animals and look forward to making them as comfortable at my house as they would be in their own home. I work part-time, mostly from home, and can adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet sitting needs. I enjoy interacting with pets, and am excited to be able to offer the opportunity to serve those pets that may suffer from separation anxiety or special needs. I do not have a fenced in yard, but do offer a large yard away from the road. My house is good sized with a full finished basement, so plenty of room for them to roam and find a place they feel most comfortable. There are no "rules" here when it comes to furniture or beds, I always welcome cuddles! I will gladly crate your pet, on your request, if needed and provided.
About: I have been around animals since a very young age. I grew up having to care for my dogs, cats, horses, cows, and sheep! I participated in 4-H for 10 years showing both cattle and sheep. Throughout high school and college I worked at a doggy day care, that cared for both cats and dogs, either for day visits or overnight stays. I was responsible for making sure the animals were as comfortable as possible. This involved cleaning their kennels daily, feeding, and medications. Later, I worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 months. I have house/dog and cat sat for various friends and family members throughout the years as well. I am very flexible! I am more than happy to stay at your home while pet sitting or simply come by to care for the pet a couple times a day. Open to working with you to figure out the best solution for your pet. Unfortunately my current lease does not allow pets. I am more than happy to work with you and figure out a schedule/plan that would fit your needs! While I am at a clients house I would stay in good communication with them. In the past, I have sent daily pet photos to the client and sending them updates whenever possible.
