Shannon gives Ackee constant love and is always looking out for her safety. Ackee notoriously tries to eat random food and items she finds on the ground and Shannon is extra attentive to make sure Ackee doesn't ingest anything she isn't supposed to. Shannon is a trustworthy and loving dog walker and is always prompt with pick ups and drop offs.”

About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing, pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. (I would want them if the roles were reversed.) I also have to ability to care for medical issues that arise during the stay, only with the pet parent's permission of course.

About: I am and always have been an avid pet lover, so I will treat your baby with the love he/she deserves. I’m skilled in bathing dogs if that’s ever needed. I’m also very good with puppies, and relatively good with senior pets and giving them the love they need. I work part-time at Wendy’s on Division at varying times, so we will have to discuss when I can walk if you live in Traverse City. I will always be able to sit though. I’m respectful of the surroundings of the animal, and I will make sure they are comfortable around me, as well as the human that loves them.

I have a 2.5 year old yellow Labrador who loves to play! I live in my own house, have a big yard (not fenced but I have 60ft leads attached in the yard), and I live across from the beach. I have a flexible schedule so can take time for walks, potty, and playtime as often as needed. I have a large yard - not fenced but I have 60 ft leads. About: Hey!! I'm a big-time animal lover and care for many animals of my own. I have 3 Pomeranians and a Pitbull so I’m very comfortable with Puppys of all shapes and sizes. I’m a persone who’s just as happy walking dogs as I am hanging out with cats. I’ve been house sitting for a while now and really enjoy keeping pets comfy and cared for in their own homes. I’m certified in dog CPR through the American Red Cross, so safety’s always a priority. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or peaceful walks, I’m all about giving your pets the love and attention they need while you're away.
